They've been really great to us. So helpful, they come every month, very prompt when we had an emergency, we love our Tech!

If I could leave a 0 star review I absolutely would . No building in NYC should hire this company they are horrible !! They have terrible field supervisors that couldn't care less if your elevators were broken for years ! They go back and forth for multiple visits "fixing" elevators because they are money hungry & want to drain your building. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO HIRE THESE PEOPLE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALL THEY WANT YOU TO DO IS SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT SO YOUR LOCKED IN AND NOT FIX ANYTHING. read more

I keep getting reminder emails to renew my service contract but I have not used their service in several years. I keep telling them to stop contacting me but no one is listening. A miserable company to get involved with. read more

If I could rate Champion Elevator Corp. Zero stars, I would! They are the worst elevator company in NYC. They've been mismanaging our new building's sole elevator since 2020. They come to "fix" things that remain broken. They've left an elevator down with no prior notice in a building with multiple babies, dogs, and disabled people on higher floors for 4 days now. Do not hire them. They are untrustworthy and unresponsive. read more

Champion Elevator has consistently provided poor service requiring multiple visits over weeks and sometimes a month. Most recently, the technician had to sit with a manual to try and figure out how to understand the system. Furthermore, he forgot to replace a component, and when it was damaged by the elevators movement, they sent me an invoice to fix it. Then, when I declined their service agreement, they continued to send me invoices for that maintenance agreement and and continue to harass me for payments that I do not owe. read more

We have had elevator issues for months and it has yet to be resolved. The door has been closing after about 45 seconds On the 5th floor. We also have cables grinding on the elevator for months as well. We have given so many calls to both the companies hotline and the Stamford, ct sales rep personally and still nothing has gotten resolved. The matters are even worse now, repairmen have come to work on the issue only to make the door close slower on every floor. The cables to be replaced has been forever "being shipped". It's a hit or miss getting a return call from the sales rep and when they arrive there is no heads up or follow up at all of the progress of work that has been done or needed. The contract and bills come in very quickly for the job needed... but once they get that check you see no progress. It's almost been a year and this building has the same issues. The only one who actually communicates and care about the issue is the usual repairman in charge of our building. Unfortunately no one communicates or gives him the right tools for the job. I wish there was some supervisor that would be willing to pull everything together and know how to get the job done. As for now I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company. This has to be the worst elevator "service" company ever! I am a tenant in a building they "service" in Stamford CT & one of the elevators has been down for months. I finally asked the office today when it will back up & running & was told they haven't hear back from Champion so they don't know. Can you believe the dismal level of service & care? Champion could care less for their clients only for their pockets. I've seen a disabled tenant in the building having a really hard time carrying packages that have to be left on the lower level because the elevator is down. Off course I carried the packages for him but I'm not at all proud to pick up your slack Champions of poor service!! What has the service industry come to. Don't give people like this your business & they will have no choice but to shape up. read more
