The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and after noticing what seemed to be another staff member making a remark while looking in my direction, I chose to leave because I did not feel welcomed. Wanting to give the business the benefit of the doubt, I called afterward to see if perhaps there had been a language barrier or misunderstanding. I spoke with Liz, the cashier, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful over the phone. Because of her professionalism, I decided to return to the store to calmly express my concerns in person. Unfortunately, that experience was also disappointing. While I was explaining my concerns to the general manager, one of the salesmen involved appeared to be smiling or smirking, which made me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. Aside from Liz, the overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should make every person feel acknowledged, respected, and welcome regardless of who they are. I truly appreciate Liz for her professionalism, but the rest of this experience fell far below what I would expect from a business serving the public

    Although they were able to match the price we received from AFW, there customer service is…read moreterrible. We have to wait until 2 days before deliver to find out what time they will deliver the product and then you are given a four hour window. When they delivered the product the console did not have the correct attachments so they had to schedule for a technician to come out to fix it. The delivery team were nice and took pictures and sent in all the information for the technician to come fix the console. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to come out and again I had to wait for 2 days before to give me the window of time (good thing I have a flexible schedule to make last minute adjustments to my schedule to accommodate their delivery/arrival time). When the technician showed up he took the same pictures and had to call to order the parts. He was on hold 25 mins the first time before he was disconnected and then he called back and had to wait another 35+ mins before they answered his call to the distribution center. Once he ordered the parts that were going to take 10 business days to receive in the mail, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a technician to come out after I received both pieces. Well now two weeks later, the parts arrived and now to call for an appointment. I called 6 different times and was on hold greater than 25 mins each time. Finally after never being able to get through on the number you are supposed to call 866.436.3388, I finally went to the store to speak to a live person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to the back of the store. The manager asked if I had pushed the number to speak to a customer service rep, which I replied I have tried every button on the phone to try to get to a live person and have had to be on hold for multiple different times. He stated that they just acquired a new division with 17 more locations and they are short staffed. Unfortunately your staffing issues are not my problem. Maybe they should not have acquired more centers if they could not support the volume. So supposedly they were putting in a request for a technician to call me with an appointment (this was on 7/15/19) but I have yet to hear from anyone. I am still waiting for my couch to be repaired. I wonder how long it will take to get a technician out here.

The delivery dates were two months out, the specialist I worked with outright lied about the dates. I didn't know until I received the email receipt later that day. Cannot get ahold of the store, only get an automated AI system that eventually connects me to someone who can only split my deliveries out into four different ones. Inconvenient and unacceptable. Then I notice the delivery drivers installed the couch next to the wall with a big cut or rip in it and purposely hid it from me. There is no way they didn't see it, but the way it's arranged I cannot see it. I have been on the phone trying to reach the store, a human, anything. An hour later I get referred to an AI chatbot via text that repeatedly asks me for pictures of the defect. I upload them, over and over and it keeps saying upload a photo. Then says someone will get back to me I will never shop at this garbage company again.
