Vivi explained the differences in mattress construction and characteristics all the while we tested the different types. My new bed has been a life changer! The quality of the bed, the warranty, Steve, at the location on Bell and 75th was super friendly and very helpful. We walked in 15 minutes before close and he stayed and answered all our questions for about an hour. He never rushed us, he never even mentioned the closing time! We did not make a decision that night, however after doing our research and visiting other mattress stores, We went back and purchased from him. Did I mention they are locally owned, and operated here in Glendale? The next day our mattress arrived! Note: unless you're in really good shape you should get the white glove service, the mattress weighs in at about 150 lb. The first night was fabulous... and as the days go by, I'm so excited to go to bed at night! Truly, truly worth it! We were so nervous that they'll cause us problems with the return, but we returned it and bought a less firm one with absolutely no hassle. Wendy was extremely patient with us both times. OMG...You know the phrase fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Well, this store, Brooklyn Bedding, will never, never have the chance again! It will not have our business again and, anyone reading this, BUYER BEWARE. We purchased the top of the line bed with a 20 yr life expectancy 19 months ago and it looks and feels and looks like a 20 yr old mattress today . We called and got assistance quickly enough but when they came out to examine our bed, they completely ignored the obvious "trenches" in the mattress and used a piece of string with weights on each end to measure how deep the "trenches" are. They did not measure in the body area of the mattress, they measured at shoulder height and knee area. What a joke, we even had an 8' length of 1"x1" wood that flopped back and forth on the mattress where we were complaining about. They supposedly took pictures of that but it made no difference. 3 days later we got a call from the store saying there wasn't enough of a difference in the mattress to make an exchange but we could revisit this again in 3 months. This was the exactly what happened with our first mattress we purchased from them. We put that mattress in another room and, (boy were we stupid) purchased this new mattress. I'm done with these jerks! Why did it take so long for us to come to the realization these people don't care about their purchasers. We have now purchased from a different mattress company and we will feel like we've put these jerks behind us. DO NOT BUY FROM BROOKLYN BEDDING. quality has gone down in the last few years we bought a Sedona bed Just shy of 3 years over ago for over $3,000 And we really enjoyed the mattress. We recently bought a new Sedona mattress and yes and within 2 weeks 2 weeks we noticed how the new mattress Didn't have the same quality as the older matters. The new mattress feel like is like a totally different bed. When we wanted to return the mattress we were told we had to keep the mattress for 30 days. Then they they were backed up over 2 weeks to pick up the mattress. You would think a good mattress company wouldn't be backed up on picking up Defective mattresses. read more

I do not recommend Brooklyn Bedding for a mattress. The mattress failed in the first 3 years. It literally has a hole in the center of the mattress. We reached out to the company regarding the warranty on the mattress and they did not honor it. I would not recommend this company for a mattress!! We were looking for a new mattress for our RV and Ana was the right person to talk to. She listened closely to what size and characteristics we were looking for and what we had already looked at and liked. She showed us what they manufactured that was similar in feel to what we had seen. She was right, their product was very similar in feel with an excellent warranty and a much better price. This Company is amazing! After my brother and sister-in-law recommended BB and spoke highly of their salesman Steve, I had to visit the showroom. Steve on Bell Rd/75 Ave was attentive and knowledgeable in the products he represented. I had researched other beds in other stores only to come back and purchase with BB. I chose the Aurora soft mattress which is perfect for me. I am a side sleeper and am able to move around comfortably without feeling I'm stuck in a soft mattress.
