I've never heard of this brand but was attracted by a sign outside the store: 'Buy one get one free' ( sale items). So I went in and was going to give this brand a try. I was told that items with a yellow plastic ring around the hanger neck were a part of the BOGO deal. I tried on items in the dressing room which was busy. I chose a few items. Was surprised since I'm a petite size. When I get to the register I find out that many of the items were not on sale though marked as such. I found it very confusing. But I liked the items I chose ; eliminated two items reluctantly due to the no sale status of those items. But I also still kept a silk blouse for full price ( reluctantly) Later while at home I go online to view the online store. (Especially since I didn't know of this brand before) Turns out that several of the items I purchased for full price were on sale online. Confusing. The clothing is beautiful and sustainable and made in SF! Those two things are worth paying more for . However shopping at Amour Vert is confusing and felt unpredictable. I wonder how they can make the process more customer friendly ?

Eye rolls and deep sighs are given out for any request. When you are paying $50 for a t-shirt and $200 for a pair of jeans, you expect the shopping experience to match. Not only are the sales associates' attitudes poor, they have made mistakes every time I have visited. Once they even rang me up for an item and overcharged me by $10 - no apology whatsoever. I have called customer service to voice my concerns, but looking at these other reviews - I'm not sure they are doing anything to change the situation. I don't think this store is going to survive long - given the collective 1 star reviews. I strongly recommend you take your hard earned money elsewhere. There are other stores that offer sustainable clothing in the same shopping mall.

We walked in to make an inquiry about a reupholstery project, and although this particular job is outside of the scope of their specialty, I enjoyed browsing the well appointed interiors of the store and chatting with a friendly employee there. At the Home store, they sell custom furniture and work with you for fabrics selection and other particulars for your specifications. Apparently the MDG comes from Park City, Utah, where the Greatest Snow on Earth is! This fact maybe entirely unrelated to your home design needs, but knowing that Morgan Design Group has started back in 1993 there may provide for some reassurances that they are experienced in what they are doing. They provide design and space planning for new construction or remodeling projects, interior design services including furniture, accessories, art, and window treatments. I rejected the delivery and asked for replacement. I have waited for 5 months and still waiting. It kept postponing and I have to contact customer service for the status. I have another bench delivered with defect too I also asked for replacement. The quality of product and service are really disappointing. Not worth the price. I want to cancel the order but my husband really wants it. So we are still waiting. They have already charged me but no status updates afterwards. Basically no one is working on the case.

He was the one to inform me that a sale was taking place the following day. He was detailed in his overall product explanation and shipping process. This CS experience was key in my purchasing decision. However, the second time I visited with a friend to show her the item and to receive sample color chip, an older Asian male associate William was helping me. I explained the previous experience with the other associate and my interest in purchasing the item. William literally said that I should purchase the item IN STORE as he gets COMMISSION for the sale. I was really uncomfortable with the sales push and his additional descriptions on the item I was already aware of. He pushed me to give up my Herman Miller account information to find out my account details, which I was very reluctant to give. In the end, he sent me a sales quote and firmly told me to order through him, ensuring that stock was available within California and that I would receive my item quickly. Obviously I wished for the previous associate to receive the commission, not him. I left the store really uncomfortable. Fast forward, I ignored the sales quote and decided to order the shelf directly from the DWR website due to my unhappy experience. And behold! My order was rerouted back to this location at Palo Alto, with William cc'ed/hijacked into the order. On the contrary to what William said, my order was shipped directly from the Ohio warehouse (not California), and the two packages of pole and shelves did not arrive together today. I am confused and disappointed at this in store experience of a $500 bookshelf.

I have never seen any little shop like this before with truly curated gift items that are so unique. You won't find these items anywhere I can say with confidence. The outside is very inviting and back into you in. The shopkeeper had a big smile on her face and offered me wonderful Homemade Cookies. The fragrance of Christmas was in the air.
