We were helping our millennial daughter look for furniture for her newly purchased condo. We went to the big furniture store nearby and weren't that impressed given the price tag for the better items and may have picked out a few pieces to consider. But when walked in Furniture 4 ( we previously bought a mattress about 2 years ago for a friend) we already saw at least 2 sofas to our liking. Upstairs, we were debating which among four dining sets to pick. There were other interesting items like a decorative mirror and a long tall desk but we had to prioritize our purchases. In the end, we bought a 5 pc. dining set, an extra matching bench, and a king size leather headboard and frame. Abdi, who tended the store that Saturday was very accommodating, never imposing. He does not hover over you trying to force a sale but is ready to answer your questions and will give you options on color, availability, delivery costs and schedules. We got a super deal! The icing on the cake was that we came in 1 pm, closed the deal in less than an hour, got a big discount on the price and delivery cost, was able to get the unit on display, Abdi checked and said the bed was in a nearby storage, and had everything delivered THE SAME DAY by around 7 pm! Jose the delivery guy is equally awesome. He single-handedly brought up to the second level all the heavy furniture and assembled the dining table and bed. If you like what you see in Furniture 4, you will get it at a value for money price through Abdi and most probably, like others customers who bought on that day, get it delivered in a few hours. That's a hard deal to match!

When we later had a question, we spent several minutes walking the showroom trying to find her and genuinely don't believe she was even on the floor anymore. So we approached another associate who was sitting nearby. He was the only bright spot in this entire experience -- friendly, attentive, and immediately willing to help. He walked us across the store and was in the middle of assisting us when a manager abruptly stepped in and pulled him aside, within earshot, over what was clearly some internal issue. It honestly felt like the original saleswoman saw him helping us and went to report it. Suddenly it turned into this awkward, cringey situation where we felt like we had gotten him in trouble just for asking a question. Completely inappropriate to handle that in front of customers. The manager then stepped in, said maybe one sentence to us, got a phone call, and walked away -- never to return. Moments later, the original saleswoman magically reappeared. Meanwhile, we could hear multiple employees gossiping and talking about each other across the floor. The entire place felt more like a high school than a professional retail store. On our way out, it somehow got even worse -- the manager and the original saleswoman were off talking in one corner, while other employees were gathered and chatting in another, forcing us to awkwardly weave our way through the store just to leave. The only person who acted professionally was the male associate who helped us after we asked -- he did absolutely nothing wrong and deserves better than that environment. Between the disorganization, the visible staff drama, and the lack of basic professionalism, we were so turned off that we left immediately.
