This place is crammed! . . . with a lot of great furniture and unmatched bargains! At the ground floor, you only have two rows to walk in. It's as if you're in a restaurant smorgasbord where all treats are enticing on both sides. I am almost certain you will find something here to your liking and can put to your short list. We were helping our millennial daughter look for furniture for her newly purchased condo. We went to the big furniture store nearby and weren't that impressed given the price tag for the better items and may have picked out a few pieces to consider. But when walked in Furniture 4 ( we previously bought a mattress about 2 years ago for a friend) we already saw at least 2 sofas to our liking. Upstairs, we were debating which among four dining sets to pick. There were other interesting items like a decorative mirror and a long tall desk but we had to prioritize our purchases. In the end, we bought a 5 pc. dining set, an extra matching bench, and a king size leather headboard and frame. Abdi, who tended the store that Saturday was very accommodating, never imposing. He does not hover over you trying to force a sale but is ready to answer your questions and will give you options on color, availability, delivery costs and schedules. We got a super deal! The icing on the cake was that we came in 1 pm, closed the deal in less than an hour, got a big discount on the price and delivery cost, was able to get the unit on display, Abdi checked and said the bed was in a nearby storage, and had everything delivered THE SAME DAY by around 7 pm! Jose the delivery guy is equally awesome. He single-handedly brought up to the second level all the heavy furniture and assembled the dining table and bed. If you like what you see in Furniture 4, you will get it at a value for money price through Abdi and most probably, like others customers who bought on that day, get it delivered in a few hours. We just had our sectional delivered and it is beautiful. Worth the wait! And it was at one of the lowest prices we found for a sectional. We received the best customer service. Hands down the best to work with. The delivery was a smooth process. They assembled for us and even took all the trash with them on the way out! I actually found this gem of a furniture store while I was in search of another store - but oh, am I glad I stopped in. I was greeted immediately by a sales representative and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. Prices were good and customer service was better. They scheduled me for three day delivery, and gave me a 2:30 appointment time. They arrived at 2:45 (with DMV traffic that's a miracle) and got my furniture in and set up lickety split. My husband and I stopped by after going to another furniture store that was close by.. we were still waiting for the closing of our house and we stopped there on Sunday to look around.. we were introduced by Abidi. Edit: the manager called and offered to solve the problem by replacing the sofa. Once again, great customer service. Both times, they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. I bought a sofa here and scheduled delivery. They delivered the wrong color and had to bring back the right one a few days later. They refunded me $25 in cash which was good. However, I ordered this from the catalog at the store which showed the sofa as a queen sleeper sofa and showed the mattress out of the sofa. I got the couch and it wasn't the sleeper. I called the store and they told me I was wrong (even though I ordered from the catalog) and it would have been more expensive. I wish they had been more clear about what I ordered. read more

Racism was insane and I got called a scammer because of my color. I walked in the store to pickup my Oder and the first they said was "I know what you are doing stop before I call the cops". My step mom literally payed for the couch already but just because I'm black and she's white they called me a scammer for that. Will never ever ever ever go there again. read more

When picking up couch, my son and his friends, who are African-American and were without me, is white, we immediately greeted at the door and told they should not make trouble or the police would be called. This place is great. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I told them what I was looking for along with a price range, and I was given several options from their catalog. It was no work for me! They have something for everyone -- affordable pieces to the fancier stuff. I've never had such a smooth transaction choosing or buying furniture. (I've waited forever just to pay for things at franchise stores, not including the time spent with annoying sales people.) They don't try to upsell you or pull any tricks, which I really value. They also deliver and assemble at a very reasonable price. Here's where they really stand out. My family was arriving in three days and I hadn't ordered any furniture for the guest room yet -- I was in a bit of a panic about what to do. I told Fared (ask for him!) my situation and he delivered the mattress and box spring (and lent me a bed frame) in time for my family to sleep on so we could get by until the rest of the furniture arrived. I didn't ask him to do that (it's my fault for ordering so late), but he did it anyway, and it really made my life a lot easier and more comfortable for everyone during my family's visit. I mean, talk about customer service! I told my friends about this place immediately and highly recommend it to all. I took a chance going here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The sales reps were very helpful when I went browsing since I wasn't ready to purchase yet since I was waiting to close on my home. They didn't rush me and encouraged me to take my time and look through catalogs as well. I eventually called once I closed on my home and I went back to purchase the furniture for my home on a Sunday. I purchased furniture sets for all of my rooms (living, family, basement, and 2 guest bedrooms) for $6,000. The sales rep also gave me some free items which was added bonus. I highly recommend this store because of the excellent customer service and the selection of furniture. This shop is perfect for buying lavish and classy furniture. I got a extremely good deal. We bought one sectional sofa which was taking too long for delivery, but we had a party at home. We asked Farid to help us out and he delivered a beautiful red couch and love seat with four red bar chairs which made our home very classy. He also gave us a beautiful and big lamp that makes my bedroom a spectacular one. He came two times to deliver our black sofa and gifted one red bar chair and a matching carpet. What else one needs. I bough three bunk beds and six mattresses from this store. The salesman was great so one-star is specifically for him. Like Sophia F. the delivery was much later than booked. Additionally one of the beds I ordered was swapped out for a replacement since the style I wanted was not in stock. The information on returns and refunds was given to me after my payment was made and honestly a 7 day return/exchange policy should be a red flag in itself. When the beds did arrive the replacement was a disaster from the onset. It took five (5) hours to install; (the others were installed in under 45 minutes each). Within a week it was sagging in the middle and completely unsafe for use. After months of back and forth with the store it was removed from our home. (I should note that I was offered a replacement item, but being so overwhelmed with the entire ordeal, I had no desire to invest anymore time in replacing an item I didn't want in the first place, I declined the offer as I just wanted the faulty bed gone). I used Yelp and based on the positive reviews, I sought out this furniture store; after spending over $2,000 for the three beds and countless hours trying to get them delivered and installed; I am disheartened to say it was a complete waste of money. The salesman was the diamond in this very rough experience he made the purchase quick and easy and for him I wanted to love the store but I didn't. My Grandma always says you get what you pay for but, not this time. read more

Having just left Regency Furniture, being on a temporary assignment for our government, moving next week to an unfurnished apartment in Alexandria we feared not having furniture (see review for Regency Furniture) for weeks and having to rent or sleep on the floor. All else failed we went to yelp looking for affordable place to buy "crash pad" grade furniture. We were desperate and here was "Furniture 4 A Lot Less" with all thee amazing reviews, could it be true? We drove up and this place seemed rather small.OK, swallow hard, I slept on a floor before.....granted 35 or so years younger, we went in. There we were greeted by Fared, a clean and well organized store. We picked up the flyer and the prices were right and it was IN-STOCK!!!! Fared without having to be poked or prodded kept the free delivery commitment. Pinch me, wake me up and tell me it is true and NOT just a dream. The store is small. The access to inventory is remarkable. They are due to deliver on Friday, so I will follow up on that, but my sense is that they will deliver. If you are looking for value priced furniture with top tier service and the product to exceed expectations. If you want value priced furniture, that is the real deal.
