This is the sweetest staple in such a cozy community. The premise for the organization is such a beautiful message: "kindness is served one cup at a time"-- which is especially true considering the staff that are hired are neurodivergent. Finding an accepting workplace is especially challenging when one is neurodivergent, so knowing that there is a place that is accepting and welcoming is exactly where I want to spend my money. Love the concept and mission of this place. All the staff are super friendly as soon as you enter. Plus the candle they use makes it smell amazing. Drinks were delicious and good price. Omg, such a cute place! Love the decor and the fact that they employ people with disabilities. My chai latte was delicious and there was a cute dog roaming around looking for pets. It's counter service and there was plenty of help for the cashier. That did a great job taking care of us! read more

Been meaning to check this place out forever and was glad I did. The ambiance was cheerful and comfortable. The coffee was excellent. The vibe was incredibly sweet and pleasant. It was also great seeing the warmth and pride coming from the staff (some of whom have special needs - it's part of their mission which is awesome). Service was pretty quick and easy, but if I had to spend a little more time or patience, I would have done so gladly. Going to definitely visit more often! read more

The Mantra of this business I believe, is "Serving Kindness One Cup at a Time." Indeed! We need more places like this in the world. The Employees are absolutely amazing, young persons with an array of different abilities pushing forward, gaining job experience and independence by utilizing team work and community. The coffee is pretty good , in multiple trips to the shoppe I've had cold brew, iced almond joy, hot Legendary Brew (love this) and had a chat or two with the staff. The decor and music really make me feel like it's a "friends" atmosphere. They also offer an array of baked goods ( the healthy bar is reminiscent of a Lara Bar that is actually chewed easily plus they usually have some event planned each month. The owner and workers usually also set up a stand during town fairs etc. I warn you that the day of the Sleepy Hollow Street Fair is very crowded but I made it through the wait that day just fine - and appreciate the roped off area for crowd control. We watched a bit of the Olympics on one day ( can you tell we keep going back ?) while my Son colored an Inclusive Card for personalizing. My heart literally gets the warm and fuzzies here. This is a wonderful, unique and very special place. Everybody is warmly welcomed, the atmosphere is absolutely lovely, and the staff goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The concept is really great, but unfortunately, I don't think the execution is fully thought out yet. When I visited, the owner and one employee (who wasn't disabled) seemed completely overwhelmed. The man behind the counter was doing everything, making all the drinks himself, and it showed. Sadly, my coffee was made incorrectly, yet they insisted it was what I ordered when it was far from it. That's concerning, especially since a mix-up like that could be dangerous for someone with allergies. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to what they gave me. I think the idea behind the business is wonderful, but they really need a better balance between disabled and non-disabled staff to keep things running smoothly.
