I decided on the Shanghai chicken salad, with roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine and miso sesame vinaigrette. They have lots of other stuff on the menu like grain bowls, soups, sandwiches, etc. My salad was made quickly and I was on my way. The salad was a large portion and pretty tasty, but quite salty. The chicken was a little weird - it tasted like canned chicken but was in a strip shape. Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting. I also didn't notice any edamame but all the other ingredients were present. Overall it did the trick.
