I have had pizza left on my doorstep floor, wrong order , cold pizza, smashed pizza but I think what bothers me more about this place is the number of fees they charge. Been there twice through the Slice-Thru (drive-thru). The cashier Alex is very kind and friendly. The pizza is pretty good. Could've been hotter though. The garden salad was fresh both times. I think the garden salad would be even better either banana peppers (rather than peppercinni) and maybe a little oil and vinegar. Their balsamic vinegarette is super good. Sigh where do I start? The food itself was 'ok', not bad, and we did enjoy it, so there's that. BUT I knew something was a miss when I didn't receive a receipt and I also forgot to ask for one! What I ended up doing is going online and re-creating my order. I found out that they were charging an extra percentage (7.5% service fee) which you are made aware of but ONLY if you go to their website. They never told me at the drive thru that there was a so called Covid-19 charge. Furthermore this charge is bundled under the tax line item so the common person wouldn't be able to tell. As if this was not enough the 7.5% charge is not calculated correctly and it's closer to 8.5%. Ridiculous! I understand restaurants have been hit hard during these times but be transparent and charge correctly - I wouldn't have a problem pitching in. Before I posted this review I did email them directly because mistakes happen but when I questioned them about how they calculated the tax and service charge they stopped replying. They didn't have French dressing for the salad that was a red flag for me I should have left: the salad was threw together with onions everywhere and a couple sliced up eggs and tomatoes.
