This weekend we ordered a chicken parm pizza with extra sauce. It was fantastic. If you have a craving for it, give it a try.

I came in today to get my son a slice of pizza, only to be met with racist slur from employees. An employee said " ching Chong chang" from behind the counter with another employee laughing . I left with my choice of words, as I was furious and to cool off. I returned to speak to the manager. However, the manager provided NO resolution. This should not be happening in this day and age. Mind you, I had my 6 year old son with me when this happened . I am reporting this incident to the Better Business Bereau and considering legal action. read more

Chicken cheesesteak sub was super large. It was very good. Love the fries with gravy. Carry out was quick.

I usually get pizza when I come here but went out on a limb one day and ordered a cheesesteak. Well that cheesesteak turned into a weekly occurrence for my mom and I. The subs are just that good. The rolls are always perfectly toasted and are loaded with meat. We usually get it to go and wait time is about 10-15 minutes. The same guy is there every Saturday and he's always very nice and sparks up a conversation while we wait for our order. read more

I remember being a kid and thinking Fortunatos was great. Now I'm not sure if I was unaware of what pizza should be when I was a kid, or they changed. This place is overpriced and sad. The pizza is super underwhelming, and somehow I got a pepperoni/sausage/green pepper pizza that was essentially flavorless. The mozzarella sticks are crazy expensive compared to other local places, and even when they were hot, the cheese wasn't melty, it snapped and broke. I just moved to Bel Air a week ago. In the week that I've been here I've eaten at 3 pizza places. Tonight, I tried Fortunato Bros and they messed up my order(in a minor way) by leaving off some basil. When I called in, I wasn't looking for free pizza. I was going to drive back and get some basil. I only live 5 minutes away. They insisted they make a new pie. I was very impressed with their customer service. And the basil really does make the pizza. Now onto the pizza... we got the meatball marinara pizza and it's really good. If you like a lot of sauce(which I do) this is the place for you. Sauce is super tasty and the meatballs are very flavorful. The crust holds up to all the sauce. It was a very satisfying pizza. It could of used a little extra cheese but I understand what stylistically they are going for. It's definitely the tastiest pizza I've had in Bel Air. I had a small sausage, mushroom, peperooni pizza, cheese steak sub, and jalapeno poppers. I would rank them best to worst in that order. The pizza was the star. Not the best, but way better than their nearby competitors. The crust was crispy and dough was thoroughly cooked through, which was nice. Good clean ingredients. The sub meat was pretty mushy (which isn't necessarily a bad thing - some may prefer it that way), and the cheese was melty goodness. This sub wasn't great, but it was above-average as far as delivery cheese steaks go. Skip the poppers. Not impressed at all. Delivery was quick, and I live a decent drive from them. My daughter and I stopped in after seeing the restaurant located by Clearwater pools. It's an unassuming place in a strip mall, so my expectations weren't very high. We ordered a square meat lover's. It was excellent and very similar to Detroit style deep dish. For 20 bucks, it was enough leftovers to last two days in my family of the three. We'll definitely be back. read more

I ordered food from this place today. Usually I go to Italian sensations but I wanted to try something else to help out during these times and I regret it. I was totally ripped off. I ordered 2 cheese steaks and an order of o rings and an order of mozz sticks and my total came to 40.22. I was confused at the total and called back to find out how it came to this total. The subs came to 23.00 and some how the mozz sticks and o rings plus tax came to 40.22. I learned a lesson. I will never go back to this place again. Years ago, I remember this pizza being the best even though it made me sick a few times. With some apprehension, I decided it was time to give this pizza place another go. You know, for science. They must have changed hands. The interior was nothing like I remembered nor was the pizza. However, I should say that the new interior is nice and a step up from what they previously had. No complaints there. The pizza was rather mundane. The crust was good but very dry and burned black a little bit. The sauce was very bland and tasted like glorified tomato paste. The cheese lacked flavor and was missing something I couldn't put my finger on. There was a definite lack of seasoning on this pizza. Not to sound cheap but I expect a lot more from a $12 pizza. At least in my area you can get amazing pizza for far less...so why go north of $10 for one? read more

I understand that some people wise up to businesses that don't verify the deal right away but it is not the customer's fault that you do not have a computer available in the business to verify coupons like Living Social on the spot. I love this place! From the different personalities that I have met to the amazing pizza, subs, salads, you name it! My personal favorite is their sausage pizza. It is to die for. I've never had an issue with an order, and now that they jazzed the place up, we plan to dine in more often. My only complaint is that when ordering a salad there are times when there is excess water in the bottom of the container and this can make the cheese soggy. I typically drain it, when I get home, but if I forget and decide to save my salad for later, it can be somewhat unappealing. Great luncheon specials. Crabcake sandwich was to die for. Cheese steak sub was perfectly done. On a previous visit we had pepperoni pizza, meatball sub and onion rings. In both visits the food was well prepared and tasty. Perfect crust on the pizza; toasted sub buns, sauces, seasonings and condiments were spot on. Service was good, just a short wait, less than 10 minutes from ordering until the food was served piping hot. Soft drinks are self-serve with refills. Portions are large - "doggy bags" are a real option. Both booths and tables are available. Access to the parking lot is from two streets. read more

Just ate there last night and it was delicious. Their food was great, atmosphere was good, and I enjoyed a dinner with my family. We had pizza, fries, salad, and tomato bread, and all of it was to die for. The only thing I could suggest they improve is their dining room. There should be booths instead of tables with chairs. Pizza was okay...Disappointed in the customer service. Tried to use a coupon that ended up being very misleading. Coupon appeared to be for a free 1 topping pizza with the purchase of a large pizza, and the staff on the phone confirmed this, however when picking up the pizza, they charged for both pizzas. They said the coupon was really only for one topping, not a one-topping pizza... Very unclear and misleading, and the manager didn't seem to care or want our repeat business. I'm disappointed in the service I received last night. I ordered through Door Dash and spent $51 worth of food. On Fortunato's menu, it stated that lettuce, tomato, mayo, and peppers came on all the steak subs. When I put my order in, I requested extra meat. I received the extra meat on my chicken cheese steak but no other toppings. I called Fortunato to question why I did not receive any other toppings but cheese and chicken. The woman who answered the phone was really nice and sympathetic but the manager was very rude!! He said the only thing left to do was for me to come pick up the toppings myself. Although, I was highly upset, I was very calm and did just that. When I arrived, I explained to the cashier about what happened. He went to the kitchen to get the manager. The manager came out and before I could say anything the manager immediately argued that he is not responsible for what Door Dash puts on the Fortunato's menu. He added, if I wanted toppings I should have called and requested that... otherwise they do not put anything on the sub. I couldn't believe that this grown man wanted to argue about it and was so unapologetic. I understand we all have bad days but customer service is still a must! As he prepared my toppings, I asked if he could also put some slices of cheese as well. Instead of just doing it... once again he had something to say back and argued that he had put cheese on my sub. I agreed that he did but I wanted more. He then told me I had to pay extra. (You would think he would just give me the slices of cheese for free after I spent $51 in this place!) I went up to the cashier to pay .84 cents for some cheese!! And he still forgot to put it in my bag. I noticed when I got in my car so I returned back to the store and he told me if I wanted cheese I would have to pay extra. I explained that I did! He then had to verify with the cashier before giving me some cheese. That was the only thing he was apologetic for!!! (For not putting .84 cents Worth of cheese in my bag) SMH They definitely lost me as a customer. Bad customer service. read more
