Trying to support a small business, but ended up getting cheated. Good communication in the beginning, but after paying for a mini detail package I noticed the top of my SUV had not been cleaned; especially the sunroof. Contacting Alex which communication then began to become infrequent I asked for the roof of my car to be leaned before I leave a review, wanting to give a small business a chance. I was stood up and had to contact him several times to find out he was not coming to wash my car. He offered free services in order to compensate for not having adequately cleaned the top of the car. Once he finally showed up several days later he stated after 6hrs he did not have time to decontaminate, wax or polish the car and would come back. Also that if I wanted the headlights done he could do that for me. After checking my finances I told him I did not have the money for the headlights, but can he come back because the top of the car looked like it had not been washed, decontaminated, waxed or polished. He responded that he could only come back to finish the job if I pay him for the headlights to and that the top only needs to be polished. Sending him pics and restating our in person conversation I asked him why he was not telling the truth and trying to get more money from me when he did not complete the original job. He told me he would come back whenever he had time. Please beware of working with Alex. I checked the reviews and saw all 5 star reviews and that is the service I expected, but was sadly mistaken. Terrible communication, dishonesty and incomplete job. Sides look great, but top of the car does not match at all. Terrible time management if after 6hrs a car cannot be completed. read more

He's very professional and friendly, I let him know that I was planning on selling my car and he recommended the full detail. He took my words very seriously and I could tell that he tried his hardest to make my car showroom-ready, both inside and out.
