I had to ask 3 times for ranch, asked for napkins which never came, asked for a glass of water which we never got, and didn't get a single refill on any drinks. I love the food but having to wait 20 minutes for a tiny cup of ranch, having to basically beg for napkins for water and still not getting it really makes the experience not very fun or inviting.
