My husband came in to replace the glass from our back door. First he was quoted around 350.00. Then the quote changed to 700.00, because he was told the original quote was not for Low E. But double the price??? So, he paid the 700.00. When he brought it home, he noticed they hadn't put plugs back in the screw holes. When he called and requested plugs, Sharon told him to buy them from Amazon. That's ridiculous. They should have replaced them, because they have to be taken out to replace the glass. I called Tiffany to come out to my home for an estimate on a new shower door. Brian came out and measured and told me to visit the store in Buena Park to select a shower door and receive my estimate. Sharron greeted us as we arrived and showed us our options. We told her Brian had mentioned we may be able to get installation in one week. She said they would do their best. I was having a party and really needed a door asap. The following week I called Sharron back and she was able to arrange to have the door arrive as well as convince her installers to install for us just in time for our party. Have used this company on two occasions. First time was to make some glass for a 3d printer bed. Second time, they saved me from what could have turned into an ugly dispute with a contractor I was using for some kitchen cabinets with glass doors. The glass portion of the doors were all scratched up. The contractor first tried to tell me that it wasn't that bad and you could "hardly see it". I told him that wasn't going to work and he was trying to get them replaced by his dealer but there were supply concerns and we were running on a very tight timeline. I decided to call Tiffany's and see if they could just make me new glass inserts for the doors. I brought all the difference pieces over and they made me flawless replacements within a day. Gosh I love windows. I'm not a fan of a house that is dark and has the muted feel. Don't like it when people scare you in the dark either. So when it was time to buy a house, I made sure it had lots and lots of windows. Of course, with lots of windows comes lots of potential problems as a homeowner. I came here for a window roller, of course they don't have the part I needed at Lowes or Home Depot down the street. The lady here was very nice, she took a look at the part I needed and recommended me two choices from the CR.L book. But she told me to wait for the guy who I assume does the installs. Sure enough , 10 minutes later he was here and took out a measuring tape and narrow it down to once choice. It was a $14 part I would need to special order, with a 7 day wait. ( damn these old dual pane windows!) I ended up not ordering because it was something we were not in dire needs to get the window open. I can't speak for their actual prices for other glass or mirrors, but this is one of those local shops my neighbor recommended me. So if you live nearby the area, try them out. My grandparents had a window put into their home. When it was installed they did not seal the bottom of it, and the window leaked. When they called Tiffany Glass, they refused to come fix it. They had to hire another company to come and fix it. read more

I can't say anything wrong about this place. Great family owned business. We've used their services a few times before. First time was to get a few pieces of mirrors trimmed and cleaned up. Great service and super cheap......accidentally broke our window....28x48 in and only paid 60 bucks....includes service. Just bring our window frame in and only got charge 20 bucks for service. Frame only cost 46 bucks. Got it all done in the same day. Very convenient and great communication. Love it and would come back. We called a couple of places and this one is by far the cheapest!!!!! And I mean cheap...other places were quoting us 120 to 200 for the windows....60 bucks for window with service!!!! Nothing can beat that. With outside service coming to your place would be $100 service fee. But bringing it in only cost 20 buck!!!!!! Sadly, Sharon was very rude given I paid in full for a patio lock purchase and install which was done incorrectly. When I got wind of this, after tenants moved out, and called them I was given the royal run around by Sharon, they alleged it was broken but it clearly was just as they installed it. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER. I am a landlord and I was looking on to replace my old shower door with a new one for my new tenants moving in so I called Tiffany's Glass & Mirror. They made a DUMB mistake on measuring a small bathroom shower door that was overlooked by the toilet hitting it when open. I had to miss time from work for them to measure one day and another day to install it to find out it was the wrong length was not the bad part. The worst part about it was whole situation was blown up by the front desk person "SHARON" when I called and ask how it was going to be resolved and what was the next step. When she answer the phone than realized I was the unhappy customer she right away before I even gave her my name she started raising her voice and arguing about how they made a human error.To make things worst the person who is in charge the owner was also the person who measure the door wrong he was going to be gone for 2 weeks on vacation. She was being totally unprofessional and unconsiderate about how as a customer I was feeling a that point. I just wanted a explanation on turn around time and how it was going to be resolved. I was being threaten to be hung up on the phone by her. I was just calling to get information. I felt treated with no respect and she was just ready for a shouting match. Lack of customer service skills. No apology was given until I ask for one at the end of the conversation. Not sure how this is going to end. They are a bunch of grumpy people with no people skills..
