Slider Solutions does such a great job installing new vinyl windows that I forget that they do that and so much more. One of our windows got hit with a golf ball and had to have the dual pane on one side replaced. Luckily, it was a window that Fredy had installed a couple of years ago, so it was much cheaper to have him do it versus having a glass repair company replace the window. While he was here, I mentioned that several of our windows were extremely hard to open. I thought I would have to replace them (which would have cost a small fortune). Fredy offered to take a look and quickly solved the problem windows: one needed a new spring, one needed a new roller and one just needed to be adjusted. They work like brand new windows! I felt guilty because the amount he charged seemed to barely cover the amount of time he spent on them. I called Fredy about a broken patio slider track on a door that we had problems with for the past year. After a few text and pictures explaining the issue he thought he may have the parts to fix it and was able to come out the same day a few hours later. He was doing some work nearby but was able to give me a courtesy call to let me know he would arrive in 40 mins. Once he arrived, Fredy was upfront about the costs telling me how much he thought it would cost before he even started. We used to have to use our whole body weight to open that door but after he was finished it was much easier and required very little effort. In glass Doggy Door I needed a unique solution to give my dog access to our side yard. My sliding glass door was narrow so putting a standard panel dog door would have blocked too much of the space so I needed the door to be in the glass.
