What this company did for my 40 year old sliders is a miracle! I have three custom sized sliders onto an atrium at my house. Not a one of them has worked well since I moved in 24 years ago. Because they are custom-sized it would cost minimum $12,000.00 to replace them. Fredy came to the house and gave me an estimate to tune them up; new rollers on windows and screens, new handles and locks, new screening material. It was a fraction of replacing them. He showed up on time, with everything needed. In one day, he literally took my windows apart and rehabbed every piece, and put them back together. Cleaned and polished. Fredy is awesome. I called him to fix my glass sliding door. The frame detached from the glass and I needed it fixed. He took a look at my door and saw that the roller was new. It was replaced a few months ago. He suggested that I call the people that replaced the roller since the frame attached to the roller. Fredy said that they should come out and fix it for free since it was under the warranty of work done. I did end up calling that company and they came out and fixed it - no charge. Thumbs way up for this business! After being away from my house for a few years, I realized upon reentry that the sliding doors needed lots of love, as did some windows. Fredy, who was on vacation when I called, promptly returned my call upon returning and came out a few days later to looks at everything and give me a quote. He did the job as scheduled the next week. He was at my house for two days, and did a great job.
