Dinner last night was a great experience- aside from how hot it was inside. It didn't even seem like the AC was on. It was so HOT. It made it so difficult to want to stay at eat. We had to eat so fast to hurry and get out of there! The service was good and friendly. The fries are seriously my favorite and seasoned perfectly. I got the cheeseburger and it was flavorful and seasoned well. I enjoyed all of the flavors of my burger and appreciated how fresh everything tasted. This place opened up right by my house recently so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the veggie sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the cheeseburger and we split the large fry. Fries are delicious- perfect size, flavor and texture. As you can see my sandwich was HUGE! It came with mushrooms and a big onion ring, so so yummy but hard to eat and fell apart easily. The cheeseburger doesn't look like much, but was also really good according to my bf. Only thing is the sandwiches fall apart pretty easily. Really good food, will be back to try more! read more

The restaurant is small but cute. Everything is a light wood color. They have merch available to buy as well. The service was good and the food came out quickly. We ordered a large crazy fry. The fries themselves were delicious! Seasoned well with salt, pepper and herbs. The toppings were grilled onions, cheese and a fry sauce. The fry sauce was a bit sour for me. But overall it was still good. I got a lettuce wrapped bleu cheese burger which was really delicious- though it was a bit heavy and wished there was something to cut the heaviness. My husband got the limited time burger with pastrami and ground mustard aioli. (he ordered it without a bun but they still served him a bun.) I thought his looked delicious so I am hoping to come back and try it before it goes away. Overall, the food was good, there was a little mishap with my burger that they remedied, and it was a nice meal. I judge every restaurant by mostly one criterion: do they deliver what they promise? Seven Brothers over delivers. For a very modest price, I had an almost perfect burger and some awesome, house made fries. The burger has an absorbent bun, generous sauce, gooey cheese, and a high quality patty. My only complaints were the meat was under salted and that leaf of lettuce was way too big. When a place serves fries as unique as these, you know they're fresh and authentic. They were smothered in sauce and cheese in a very Utahn manner, and the dried parsley sprinkled on top was awesome. Of course no restaurant is perfect. The burgers with onion rings on them were comically tall so that in order to eat them you have to crush them. I find this an obnoxious form of stunt food, but hey, people like them. I'm not bothered. The buns are amazing. I think they make them on sign. The burger is a high-quality, smashed beef burger. The bacon blue was amazing. The fires are unique, a mix between a fry and a potato log. They're circular cuts of potato. Don't wage your money on the bigger, Utah chain down the street. Head over to this place. It's well worth it. All the burger plus more at better prices. read more

Do not use the drive-thru! Even if you are picking up take out, go inside to get it. This rating is largely based on the bad drive-thru experience, details further down. The food, however, is great. Really tasty Hawaiian take on burgers. All the sauce they use is delicious. We got a Teri Samoa, Max Burger and Paniolo Fries. Everything was good. A bit messy, but that's what happens with all this sauce. This restaurant is not designed for drive-thru. They do not prepare the food fast enough. Once we ordered, they asked us to pull up to the end of the drive thru lane to wait while it was prepared. But while you wait, you block anyone else from exiting. There is only one window for ordering and pick-up. No intercom system. We waited 15 minutes before even placing our order, then waited another 15 while it was prepared. If you ordered ahead online, you could get stuck behind someone that ordered at the window. This was very poorly thought out. Hopefully it will be fixed and this review will be updated when they do. Until then, go inside and enjoy your meal. read more

Super annoyed reading the bad reviews on this place. They all say great food but... I think most people are looking for places with great food so give us all a break and rate a restaurant accordingly if they have great food. You can always mention that improvements are need on service etc. so that your feedback is heard and adjustments can be made by the restaurant. My husband and I went for the first time today and it was FANTASTIC on all accounts, food, service, atmosphere etc. I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu!! We shared the Spencer burger (was not too spicy even though it had jalapeños.) with the crazy fries! OMG sooooo good...Run don't walk to 7 Brothers! read more

I am SOLD! Was recommended by a friend and didn't go into this thinking much but I am SO impressed! I got the Sterlings Burger and it was delicious! I will say I was not super impressed by the fries-it was 50/50. The ones that were great were great but the ones that were not were flimsy/undercooked/wayyy over seasoned. I have a gluten allergy, they were very friendly and accommodating to make food for me. They changed their gloves, cleaned everything, and I was even able to have their fries, because they're made in a separate fryer! So exciting! I love the Hawaiian take on the classic burger. I tried the max burger here and it was amazing!! I wish I took a picture of it but I already had finished the food before I remembered to snap a pic! Our server was amazing and was very friendly, I am so glad that customer service is present in this restaurant it makes me feel like I am actually apart of the brothers family. Walked to a farm, learned to grow the food, walked home told my mom about it, walked back to the grown food, harvested it. Walked home, created the internet. Just went to a 7 brother in pleasant grove Utah for first time, just got the regular burger and its one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten, how do big businesses like this push slop out the window and make millions in the process is beyond me.
