The playground is quite large with multiple play structures for different ages which is nice and I always appreciate when playgrounds have a musical instruments area where kids can make music. Would definitely recommend this playground if you're in the area. All it's missing is one of those sliding glider type things or a splash pad and that would make it really great.

We were a bit disappointed because I had received an email that it was drift night, but when we arrived it had actually been the night before. Marketing really needs to have accurate messaging going out. I double checked the email to see if I'd read it right and it indeed had the wrong night listed. Kids were super bummed, but decided to go out and drive and still had a great time. The track was a tad slippery still from drift night so they actually had a few tiny drift moments. They have food and drinks available for reasonable prices. Mostly pub type food, as well as snacks and candy. Lots of nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages available. There's a pool table and other games in an arcade area. Plenty of seating options. I love that electric carts are available, as I don't miss having to breathe in fumes with the former gas carts. Yay for technology! Plenty of parking out front. You can register to play online before you arrive or at the door.

At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

My daughter loves to learn about science, so it was so great for her. We had the cake cutting in the "party room" which is decorated with beautiful rainbow colors and beakers. All in all, the entire place is eye candy! And Ashie the owner is a draw by herself! She has her PhD in chemical engineering from Dartmouth and a passion for teaching science to kids. Kids are ALWAYS here so it is easy to find a playmate, if needed, for the day. There are restrooms directly behind the big play area with multiple stalls. It is well maintained and usually stocked. There are lots of benches, both with and without backs, surrounding the various play areas. There are numerous hammocks surrounding the park (closest to the swing area).. Be careful not to get too relaxed and misplace your lil one(s). It gets pretty hot out here and with the absence of shaded benches, bring a blanket to sit beneath a tree or an awning and chairs if you're fancy. Parking is directly outside the park. With ample parking it is difficult to not find a spot. During summer months it gets a little harder do arrive early. A grass area separates play from parking. There are plenty of bike racks as well. If you do not feel like driving the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station is a 12 minute walk away. If we ever explored this option I would have to bring a wagon. After play I doubt our little one would want to trek the journey. There are very few food options nearby so definitely come with snacks and drinks. There are working water fountains throughout the park (not refill stations). Come, enjoy! You can make a day of play here without spending a dime.

And a trail that goes around the park - perfect for walking, biking, or roller blading. I mentioned earlier that the main park was crowded, but the green area is very quiet and peaceful. They are located on the first floor, across from Uniqlo and the best entrance is through the Macy's Mens. Some of the employees are nicer than others at this location - some were not as helpful and it takes awhile to be helped or rung up here. This BAB location seems to have more selection compared to their Great Mall location, but they do not have some of the newer stuff that I can find at the Great Mall one. I like this location because they have more graphic t-shirts that I could not find at their Milpitas store. Their selection is good for some older items, but not for some of the newer items.

They have themed music and phrases to go along with your item. You also have the option to record your voice or even add the sound of a real heart beat. All for a fee of course. This step is used if you want to initiate sound when squeezing the hand or foot. Now it's time to stuff your item!! Technically they stuff it for you, but you get to control the machine. There is an option that allows you to give your stuffed animal a scent. We were told the scent lasts 2-3years! SCENTiments come in Rose, Strawberry, lavender, birthday cake, bubble gum & peppermint. My son chose the cotton candy fragrance. After stuffing the animal, you then get to bring your new friend to life. This is the cutest part :) Once your furry friend is sealed, you can take it to the 'wash' station. Just an added step (free) to extend the experience. Once you name your new friend, they print out a birth certificate that you get to keep. At this point you are done. There were two infant swings. The big kid playground has 3 slides and lots to climb on. The slides seemed steep, but our gd really liked the tube slid. The structure seemed taller than most. Sadly the water feature was turned off due to water conservation. The park is adjacent to the water treatment plant. Depending on the time of day it can be odoriferious.
