Two weeks before I completed the program an employee congratulated me that I had already qualified for graduation and should feel very happy with my results. With one week left a different employee told me I was not on track to qualify for graduation and was given wrong information the week prior. On the last day the original girl who mislead me downplayed the importance of graduating. Asking me over and over why I "needed" their validation. Without qualifying for graduation I wasn't eligible for the lifetime free maintenance program. Validation had nothing to do with it...value for my time, efforts and money was the motivation. With a general knowledge through basic research one can obtain the same results for a small fraction of the costs while avoiding the memorized counseling script that the employees repeat week after week.

I had a DEXA scan and an RMR (resting metabolic rate) test done. Both were super insightful for the benefit of my health. I recommend both tests! Joel and Tiffany both helped me. Tiffany took time to sit down with me individually and carefully explain the testing results and answer all of my questions. They also have an app that has the reports and such on it as well for your reference. The space is medium sized and is very easy to get around in and go from test to test if you are doing multiple tests. It's a very clean and well laid out space. It is work and if you are not focused on a solid "WHY" it will be hard to succeed. With your "WHY" though they will give you the tools to succeed. I did this 100% VIRTUALLY and never went into their clinic. We had some check ins along the way and I used and followed their app on my phone. When you join you make a 90 day commitment to follow their program. They will teach you what to eat and how much to eat. The focus is on 3 things with each meal 1 - lean proteins 2 - certain fruits 3 - certain vegetables. You will also avoid processed foods and sugars. Another key to the success is WHEN you eat. You will learn to eat in an 8 hour window each day qnd "fast" the other 16. This was easier than I thought it would be! You create new routines (for me I drink a lot of my daily intake of water early at the end of my daily fast). At the start I weighed about 195 pounds and my goal was 175 pounds at the end of the 90 days. I blew away the goal and was at 165 pounds at the end (have been as low as 163). The 90 days ended for me a month ago and I have kept the weight off! I am now on a lifelong "MAINTENANCE" phase. My diet restrictions are much less extreme than they were during my 90 day initial phase. I now follow the 80/20 rule where I eat with a PURPOSE 80% of the time and eat for PLEASURE 20% of the time. I feel healthier and the weight stays off! I have learned to eat the right amounts of protein and fiber each day and watch out for sugar. I can't recommend this place enough for ANYONE serious about making a change.

The first one was very pleasant in person, but apparently she was let go due to too many billing mistakes. After she left, I was billed for multiple, random appointments. The mistake was explained to me via multiple emails and phone calls, and at the end, it made sense, but it was still unpleasant. During staff transitions, I had a couple of interactions with Dr. Rachel Giordano. She was probably filling in while the receptionist position was vacant. She was unkind and unpleasant; billed me a wrong amount. When I complained, I was informed that she was from the east coast. Not sure what that has to do with her rudeness, but I let it go. I recently made an appointment and was told that I might need to update my prescription. This was a week ago. I asked the new receptionist to call me if there was indeed any problem. I was supposed to get massage today but no word from the office. No appointment confirmation text or email. Not a beep. I called the office just in case. The new receptionist assured me that all was fine and confirmed my appointment time. When I brought up our chat about my prescription, she was not sure. When she called me back -- literally two hours before my appointment,--she informed me that I needed to renew my prescription. Without an ounce of remorse, she said I would not be charged for late cancellation. LOL. As if I was getting a special treat. I had a week to call my doctor's office and get my prescription renewed. Nobody called me as promised! Dr. Justin Favreau called but he made me feel worse. He said insurance/prescription was my responsibility. Great, why didn't you tell me so a week ago? Why did the receptionist tell me that she would look into it and follow up with me if needed? I won't go back. They are not "stable".
