I've had them at other places but I've never seen a preparation like 49th. They use loose leaf Earl Gray tea in a tall paper tea bag. And they were delicious . Each items were the size of my my palm. The cafe is located near the public library on Robson Street in downtown with access through public transportation. The cafe itself was charming and welcoming with plenty of space to site with friends and co-workers or just by yourself if you need to work on some projects or just read a book.
