Usually our families go to every Sunday. Out front have games and tables, great for families. Inside, modern, clean, cold elevated donut decor. Donuts are fluffy, airy, and never oily. I love the modern simplicity of the Galaxy donut, you have to give that marshmallow frosting a shot. Only knock on them is that they make these wonderfully eccentric donuts, at a high price point, but shove them in these little boxes. You have to give them larger boxes no matter what. Your the ones making these extravagant designs, have pride so they don't end up like my galaxy pictured. P.S. the crew working today delivered great service, other than the owners standard for boxing donuts.

Really great local donut shop with an incredible selection that doesn't disappoint. The glazed old fashioned bar is out of this world as was the apple fritter. Gotta love they are 24x7 in SLO and also with a nice location by the Tesla Superchargers in Atascadero too. Fantastic and worth a stop!

SLODoCo offers a wide variety of donuts and creations one will not find at many donut shops. The variety and creativity are extraordinary. In addition to all the wonderful offerings, they have a cool marshmallow-psychedelic glazed donut that will make your eyes pop. The staff is very friendly and helpful in aiding one's selection should they have any questions. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. For their customer's enjoyment, they have many different games, toys and books to choose from. They are located directly across the street from several EV charging stations. Give SLODoCo a visit next time you are in the mood for an amazing sweet treat experience, or a cup of coffee or tea.

Donut Series, Part 5 "Donut art." Is that term already out there? If not, after visiting SloDoCo I think I want to copyright it. They offer 100 different donuts on a daily basis and there's gotta be a glaze paint brush in the back there somewhere in order to produce the "Marshmallow Galaxy." The "Peanut Butter Chip Pillow" was filled with...you guessed it, peanut butter. The staff here is super welcoming, attentive, and friendly and both Vegan and gluten free options are available. Got a special event coming up? Well they gotcha covered there as well. Give them some advance notice and they can customize your order with text, color, and/or detail. And that's...Henry's Take #atascaderodonuts

As the saying goes, the early bird gets the good donuts, or something like that. We got there around 7:00am and the shelves were stocked with so many choices. We purchased a box for an event we were headed to, so many great items to choose from, it was a hit. I never had the Buttermilk, (not donut?) it looks more like a miniature loaf of bread. Whatever it's classified as, so good. It's more dense than a doughnut, but amazingly good. The kids devoured every single one, not a crumb left. Can't wait to go back again.

Delicious sweet treat- irresistible to be precise!! :)

Stevie was great! If you are into the mask mandate and feeling safe, she was wearing hers appropriately and just overall a friendly nice service rep. Asked me if it was okay to put my gluten free doughnuts in with the others (potential allergies) I just think in a world where people don't value the health of others she did great. My gluten free doughnut was literally moist, sweet and I am sure glad I came here for the fam! Give kudos to Stevie! :) Thanks girl!

Funky, delicious, creative donuts! Was in the mood for something different and SloDoCo is the spot. The employees enjoy helping you pick them out- cozy cute place!

Donut selection. Peep the creme brûlée one!

Made a stop nearby on a road trip to the Bay and I'm so glad I did. I had the San Luis Obispo location bookmarked for a while and didn't realize until I came here on a whim for a road stop treat. I was greeted by an employee and was able to quickly order as it wasn't too busy. They have a huge variety and id love to try more - but stuck with their matcha glaze, and creme brûlée donut (with espresso filling!!). The matcha was good but not anything amazing. The creme brûlée tho... that blew my mind and is prob up there as one of the best donuts I've had... the crisp burnt sugar and the filling OMG!! Must try. We got one of the last 2 in the store so you know it's good. Also got a large vanilla oat milk latte and the worker was accommodating in doing less pumps of syrup. Everything hit the spot and now I want more :) recommended!

Our family loves SLODoCo! I'm excited at the beginning of every month to find out their new featured donuts. Last month they had a cookies'n cream filled black heart (emo) that was fantastic. The month before they had banana cream pie ones that were out of this world.

While I still have SloDoCo as my top donut joint in the state, the Atascadero location had some quality issues.. Not sure if the donuts are baked at this location or not. The main benefit of driving to this location is that it's not as crowded as their flagship store and there was plenty of selection still available, even in the afternoon.. NEW ITEM - Garlic croissant. Perhaps a bit too savory for breakfast. BTW I'm still waiting for a ham and cheese version of their wonderful croissant.

Perfect balance between fun offerings and actual quality flavors. All their textures are sublime, not at all greasy, and packed with flavor. The cinnabomb is especially delish.

Ask the Community - SloDoCo Donuts

Do they have a lot of regular donuts? Not GF or vegan ? Standard?

Yes. Most of the donuts are regular donuts. They also have donuts you would find at your local donut store. They are usually on the back wall.

They were open and we were feeling a bit peckish and can always make room for a donut or two. So we made a U turn and off we went. The shop is on a corner lot with its own parking lot. Plenty of street parking as well. As we walked in , I quickly saw the glass counter full of picture perfect, colorful donuts sitting pretty waiting for us. These donuts were beautiful. No crinkling and buckling in the frosting. Donut frosting is tricky to get smooth. So many different types of donuts making it hard to decide. We ordered a couple of cake donuts (vanilla with pink frosting and chocolate on chocolate) and a raised chocolate glaze. Mmm. The raised donut was light and airy with the prefect slight yeasty chew. The chocolate glaze was awesome. I've eaten a lot of donuts in my lifetime, these are 5 stars. Besides donuts they serve other pastries; scones, danishes, croissants, and cookies. Breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches $8.95. Quiche ( whole $29.95 or slice $6.95). Local Steins bagels $4 toasted with cream cheese. There is no seating indoors. There were a few tables out on the lawn.We sat at one of the outside tables under the big ole shade tree. Leisurely eating our donuts taking a slow down and soaking in life.

The locals came by to order: An old guy had an apple fritter. A couple kids biking to their first day at school had cinnamon bar and a Dr. Pepper, and a rainbow sprinkle and a Sprite. Another man had a dozen mixed. I had a chocolate peanut donut and a medium coffee for under 5 bucks. Templeton has a genuine small town feel: a sleepy Main Street (in another era Highway 101), a central park with a bandstand, quiet at night, and no streetlights. This shop is in a barn-like structure with 3 tables inside and some tables on the lawn outside, as opposed to a strip mall. (But there's a NRA sign on the lawn. Hmm. It is cowboy country.) A nice stop on the way home from a camping trip.
