Adorable coffee shop, super busy on a holiday weekend but worth it! Lots of outdoor seating as well so a great place if you have a dog.

6/23/2026 VIENNA LATTE (Iced brown sugar latte w/ salted vanilla cream top and cocoa powder) This seemed to be a popular drink at Slow Bloom, but what a disappointment! At $8.00, this was sooo bad! I want my money back! The coffee was drowned out by the salted vanilla cream top and it was really salty. The cream top was additionally bad with the added cocoa powder. It was a bad combo of flavors! The coffee itself I could not taste, but the brown sugar latte with the saltiness of the cream top was a terrible unedible combo! I wouldn't recommend this drink to anybody! Sad about this because my first experience at Slow Bloom was so positive! CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff was friendly and nice. PARKING Limited, as it is a small parking lot, but there is street parking as well.

    Clean work area

First time coming here after seeing it on social media and wanting to try it out. Well, I finally made it and was completely satisfied with my visit! Although it was a little packed for being such a small place (a good sign in my opinion!) The service was excellent! Our drinks were made in a timely manner and our server was friendly! We didn't know what to order upon walking in because I couldn't find an update menu when searching (you can find it here now :) ) My hubby went with the spicy Chai. They offer 2 different types of Chai, sweeter and spicy, he decided on almond milk with his. It was delicious! I went with the caramel apple latte with almond milk. Our server mentioned I should try it next time with the cinnamon roll cream top, then he offered to throw it on for me with no extra charge! So nice of him! I appreciated that because my drink was amazing!! Tasted just like a caramel apple and that cream top paired so well with the latte! All in all, if I am ever in the area I will definitely be returning!!

I come here every once in a while after church on sundays whenever i'm in redlands and bro somehow every time it's ALWAYS different menu. Slow Bloom always has a rotated seasonal menu that literally reads like poetry. like wdym i have the option to get a Whimsical Strawberry Magic Cheesecake Latte???? i love hojicha more than regular matcha (before the "uuurm, actually--" comments i know they're both matcha) BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CALLED ME PERFORMATIVEEEE?? and do i care? HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

It starts off Slow then the caffeine starts to Bloom and suddenly drops the Boom! The more you consume you start to be in tune with the vibe in the room. As everyone will start to loom you become curious as a coon. The longer I sat the more I understood why the coffee shop was so dang popular located in this hood. I ordered their seasonal Maple Latte which was pretty good with each sip so no need to trip. I also got the Ethiopian pour over set and that was definitely a good bet. Both drinks were pretty on point just like the character of this coffee joint. There's seating inside and out with the occasional line but no need to pout they'll get your order out as fast as they can I have no doubt. If you think I'm jiving then look at my pics and you'll see this place is legit. And that's my take on it, Peace...

Done holding back with these places that are charging premium prices for low quality products. If you enjoy a good quality matcha, don't come here. If you like matcha that tastes more like sweet cucumber chalky milk, this place might be for you. I've ordered a matcha here before and it was so weak tasting that I decided to make it a double matcha. A $2.00 add-on, mind you. This was a $9.50 drink before tip. I finally used my loyalty card for $3.00 off, bringing it down to $6.50 before tip. My order: 16 oz DOUBLE matcha latte with vanilla (they were out of agave of course), whole milk, easy ice. Tasted no different than the first matcha I had here. Incredibly weak. Not even fully mixed. They are definitely not using ceremonial grade matcha here, but are charging as if they are. Go literally anywhere else and you will have the same mediocre drink for $3-4 less. This was my last visit here. Customer service could use a little help too!

I stopped here just before work to get a quick pick me up for the day. I came across this coffee shop on Yelp and because I was just visiting the area for a trip I really wanted to support local shops! One thing I loved about this place was the ambience. It was so cute and retro and I just love the contemporary vibes that I've also had at the same time. It felt homey! I loved it. The vibes were great and the service was great as well. I ordered a small hot vanilla latte alongside with a blueberry bagel with butter. I did not wait too long and within a few minutes my name is called along with my order! I wish I could've stayed and enjoyed my coffee, but I had to be on the go. The bagel was great and also the latte was the perfect balance of espresso and milk. I'm kind of picky with my lattes My hot latte was presented so beautifully! What a perfect design! Also, the cup designs were so awesome. Really loved whoever designed everything. I wish the Bay Area had this place lol Although I may not ever visit the area again (I was on a work trip lol) I really hope someday I can pass by again spontaneously

The space was very interesting and cute, i loved the ambiance of the shop. The coffee was just okay and the latte I got tasted strongly of sugar more than a flavor. I got the maple pecan latte i believe, and they use an oat milk that's not creamy so the coffee was very watery. But they do not upcharge for a milk substitute which is a plus! Would give this place another shot if I'm in the area, but would not get the same drink again!

Went in at 6:30am and it's the only coffee shop (that's not Starbucks) that's open. Glad we came in, we got a maple latte with oat milk and another with regular milk. Also a strawberry matcha Everything was delicious Perfectly sweet. Creamy. Delicious Quick and good service Definitely would come back if we're in the area Glad we found this place on Yelp!

Soon as I walked in, the staff was great! Very welcoming and friendly. They do offer inside and outside seating. Kinda packed when I came. They have so many options to choose from. From drinks to pastries. I must say the scone was pretty good, decent pricing and good portion size. The drinks were great as well. Definitely a must try in the area

I came to visit while I'm on a bit of a break from graduate school - how else to best celebrate then to explore the cafes of Redlands?! I came here around 6 am, and was welcomed into a warm atmosphere. Many come and go to grab a drink and chat with friends. I appreciate the amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. The place is a place to work as well with plenty of accessible outlets - at least to the the extent I would expect from a good study cafe. I ordered a medium sized latte with almond milk, and it was exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the fact that no additional charges were placed for the alternative milks of almond milk and oat milk. The service is kind and respectful. The bathroom is also well maintained, and the place is more or less of a haven for weary souls. Thank you all for the nourishment. God bless you all!

Walked in and did not get greeted but it was fine the workers were talking amongst themselves. I went to look at the menu and one of the baristas came to take my order, I got the butter pecan latte with oat milk. I went to sit and got a nice seat since it was fairly empty. Set my laptop up and saw the barista put a drink down. I waited a bit to see if she'd call out a name but she didn't so I went up to see the cup to try and make out the name on it. I wasn't able to without touching the cup which I did not want to do in the event it wasn't mine so I asked the barista who's it was and her response was "it's on the cup". I told her I didn't want to touch it in case it wasn't mine but it ended up being mine. I wouldn't have known since they didn't call it out. The drink itself was way too sweet and not good. I was unable to finish it. Slow bloom used to be very good and service used to be good but not sure what happened to them.

Absolutely loved this spot. Both cute indoor and outdoor area. Free water cups too if you get thirsty. A little loud inside but it was nice and quiet outside! Very sweet baristas.

If I bought coffee beans from Slow Bloom, am I able to bring them in to be grinded?

Yes! They'll even forgive you if you forget a spoon in the bag and it accidentally goes in the grinder too 😅

I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. If this location wants to attract remote workers and people staying for a while, I'd recommend looking into the Wi-Fi reliability.
