Great pizza, fresh ingredients, the whole family loved it. Looks like they use authentic mozzarella on the margherita pizza. 7 yr old says it was the best pepperoni pizza he ever tasted. Gluten and dairy free option was excellent, one if the best I've had. Edit to add: the next time we went there, we ordered the same gluten free pizza with veggies, and the toppings were really skimpy compared to our first visit. If you require gluten free due to celiac or allergy, this place is more trustworthy, but if you are on a gluten free diet due to intolerances, and trace amounts are not a danger to you, Papa Rollo's and Marco's put are a better value if you like more toppings. read more

I like coming for the CG coffee and decided to try the pizza. Prices are steep for a single slice at $4.50. The slice is pretty large, but they skimp out on the toppings (I got The Butcher). We stopped in for a quick bite during lunch had the special salad slice and drink it was over all impressed. My only complaint would be the directions the location itself on Google Maps seemed a little difficult to find but all in all no big deal. This is legitimately good pizza and a must try in the Waco area. Great family friendly vibe with outdoor seating and yard. The loaded fries and wings are also pretty good and I would highly recommend. Order the Calabrese salad! It's more like a bruschetta than salad. I was not expecting that but it's also very good. Great pizza, I would give this place a 5-star rating if the pizza was more consistent. To elaborate on this, sometimes a group of friends and I would go here and get the Slice of the Day. The slice of the day here remains for a little while before it is rotated out, but the Slice of the Day remains just long enough to fall in love with it. I have noticed in past visits getting the same slice of the day tastes slightly different. Other than the pizza though, I give them four stars just because of how great their wings are. read more

On the Fourth of July this place was open! Thank you! We were from out of town and looking for pizza for the night. Every place, we chose seem to be closed except this one. We were lucky too. It was totally worth the find. The pizza was fabulous. They were on time with our order and provide us with plates as well. The pizza crust was delicious and tasty. Avoid this place, the customer service is horrible. I tried to order two pizza slices with black olives added but I wanted them put on before baking. I was trying to decide whether or not to just order a whole pizza before ordering. I made it clear I did not want them added to the pizza after baking like they had been on previous visits. I appreciate that the cocky teenage staff wears gloves but I know they also touch whatever they need to touch in the kitchen and did not want uncooked toppings on my pizza. Rather than tell me before making my order they needed to make a whole pizza to do it this way, which I would have been more than okay with and understood, they went ahead and made it the exact opposite of what I had ordered then tried to get me to take it, not once, but twice. We love the food but man the employees are very hit or miss. Today. We arrived at 10:50 thinking we could have brunch. We walked in and stood while employees stared at us. We walked to the counter and were told we're not open. Ok. The sign on a pillar says brunch 10-2. Mimosas $2. We walked to the bar and were told $$3.50. Ok. I asked about the sign and was told that was old. Walked back to the order counter and asked if they have brunch. The blonde rolls her eyes and walks to the kitchen.
