SUPER IMPRESSED with this pizza place! I've got to say I'm disappointed in myself for not trying it sooner. We went there last night and ordered from their huge menu of delicious food and we got three 7" pizzas, two breadstix orders, and two fountain drinks for barely over $20! Seriously great prices for what you're eating! Loved their green bean casserole pizza so much and will definitely be back to try all the sweet breadstix flavors they have to offer! So far I've tried "Dirt" which has Oreo and icing! Soooo good.

The original stix. Just dough and Italian dressing but so so good.

Ask any high schooler or college student in the area where the best breadsticks in town are and chances are high they'll say Sluggo's. It has a place in the heart of locals who remember going to its old location by the state park after a day at the beach and getting ice cream. I'll admit, not the best customer service. My family has acquired some pretty poor experiences over the years - mostly when they've forgotten to put our order into the kitchen. But I'm young so not having super friendly waitstaff isn't so important for me at a quick service pizza place. Now I only get takeout but the price is right and the fun stix menu can't be beat! I crave the original stix every time I visit Holland.

Good pizza. Ordered the Hawaiian and it had plenty of toppings and wasn't too saucy. Picked it up so can't comment on the service, but the Tuesday large special for $15 with desert is 100% worth it

I think this might be my new favorite pizza spot in Holland. We picked up our order, and I was really impressed with our Polynesian and Deluxe pizza. Something about the cheese tasting fresh, and I enjoyed the bread texture. There was the right amount of toppings. The prices were reasonable, and it didn't mess with our stomachs. All the ingredients of a great spot! I am sure we'll be back again.

7" pizza and side of breadsticks and drink for under $7!

Slow service. Bad pizza. If you're 12 years old the oreo breadsticks may entice you.

Doebs has become my favorite slice of pizza I've ever had. The lunch combo is amazing value and hits the spot perfectly. The slice itself is airy and crisp. Very nice cheese pull from the first bite and not excessively oily. Perfectly topped with marinara more sauce that brings a beautiful balance to such a simple dish. The service here is 10/10. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff members and made to feel as if I was a regular. They explained the specials clearly and friendly and enticed me to get the lunch special which is well worth it. The vibe in the restaurant is similar to being in your own living room surrounded by friends and family. I ate by myself but I didn't feel alone in the restaurant. Everyone was talking and having a good time the music in the background was nice and you can hear genuine laughs coming from the kitchen. It's always nice to see happy staff members making delicious food. I don't know if I'll ever get the chance to return to Michigan but if I do this is a must hit spot. Thank you Doebs for ruining square slices for me, I doubt I'll find anything else to compete in my near future.

The crust reminded me of those crunchy Asiago cheese crusts and packed a great flavor AND crunch. Their ranch was blah (tasted like oil instead of actual buttermilk), but I didn't really need it because the pizza was so good, so I'll give that a pass instead of downgrading to 4 stars for dip. I really want to try to hand tossed next time, loaded up with pepperoni to see if it looks like those super crunchy styles I see on Insta. Next time for sure... or maybe I'll just get the Angry Little Crybaby Italian again. The guys at the counter were very nice.

Truly one of the best places we ate while in town. How good? We went three times. The pizza is out of this world. They know what they're doing. The beer? Also a 10/10. He then proceeded to take everyone else's food order, even though they sat after us, prior to come back to take ours. We finally ordered and they pizza came out. Couple points in the pizza, it was good mind you but each topping is $2.50. If I get bacon on a pizza I'm expecting more than a sparse sprinkling of bacon bits on my pizza for that amount. If you order ham on you pizza they provide a good amount but the pieces of game are pretty large and tend to come off as part of the initial bite. They have a food runner that is delivering the pizzas so we didn't interact with the waiter again, no check in, no asking if we wanted another round of drinks. Multiple attempts to flag him down went ignored, I finally grabbed my own to go box for the left overs. I was finally able to get his attention after he made five trips to fill up a water cooler so that we could pay. Food & Drinks great. Service was dreadful.

As someone with celiac disease, eating out can be stressful, but when I informed our server, he immediately reassured me that they take cross-contamination seriously and ensure a safe meal. While they do offer outdoor dining, we opted to sit inside, and the service and food were fantastic from start to finish. To drink, I started with the kiwi pineapple margarita--they offer multiple types of rims, and I went with sugar, which was delicious. The summer sangria also sounded amazing, but I stuck with the margarita since it was guaranteed gluten-free. For food, we shared the ricotta with gluten-free toast, and for my main, I had the Beyond Burger on a gluten-free bun with a side of chips that were confirmed to be safely gluten-free. Finding a place that is this accommodating, knowledgeable, and delicious is rare, and it made our trip so much better!

We had to go around the block multiple times before we found a space behind the parking lot behind the restaurant. When we got into the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday night. There was a short waiting list that moved pretty quickly. The main reasons for going there was to try their James Beard award winning Trumpet burger. I also ordered an amber ale that was pretty good. It was good but coming from Chicago there are several burgers that I feel are better. Places like Au Chaval & Little Bad Wolf to name a few. My wife ordered a Mediterranean style pizza. Again coming from Chicago the pizza was very average. How can you compare this to Pequods or Lou Malnati? Hops draws a large crowd and really packs the people in. They have a good lively crowd w/a nice selection of food & beers. It was an enjoyable meal in a very crowd friendly. Kaitlyn was our beautiful server that made the meal much more pleasant w/her charming personality

When I went up to the counter to order, the prices that rang up were more than the prices we had seen, and more than the prices on their digital menu above the register. Our bread came relatively fast as an appetizer normally does, but we waited over 45 minutes for our pizza. The 2 ladies in front of us who ordered right before me, had gotten their pizza, eaten, and left. So we got up and asked how much longer it would be. The girl at the front went into the kitchen and brought out our pizza. It was warm and steaming, but compared to the temperature of the bread when we had received it, you could tell it had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. While we were eating, a lady also noticed the prices and complained to the girl at the front. The girl then stated "You have no idea how many times I've already heard that." Also, while we were eating, a customer came back in and returned his two pizzas and asked for a refund. The pizza was as expected and we did enjoy it, but it was not worth $30 ($28+tax) for a two person deep dish along with the 45 minute wait. (The receipt shows how we were charged $13 for the bread, and if you see other pictures on their Yelp page, it's only listed as $7. The pizza we got also was $3 more than the listed price on their digital menu in the restaurant.)

Skiles has both a restaurant side and a bar side. The bar can get lively depending on the crowd, and with a pool table and TouchTunes, it's a fun place to hang out.
