Disappointing Italian grinder last night. The menu lists thinly sliced ham and salami. We received one thinly sliced piece of salami so it tasted like a ham sandwich. My children did not like the pepperoni pizza. We won't go back to the Grand Haven location. The North Muskegon store is much better. read more

Full Vegan Menu & gf options! Pizza this good is Very RARE!!! This is the 2nd-best pizza I have ever had in my life (and I eat A LOT!! of pizza!) Best is at FunSpot in New Hampshire. A franchise with consistently good pizza. I've dined in and ordered out from this location and the quality has always been there this far. What I also love about this place is their ranch, you have to have good ranch if you own a pizza joint in Michigan it's a nonnegotiable and their ranch is the perfect consistency and taste. They also serve beer if you dine in which is a great perk. Either they are understaffed or just not equipped to handle larger parties because it seems hectic every time I dine in with a group and the food can take a longer than expected(so don't come hangry). However it is hard to complain because the staff is always nice and the pizza is always good. Some of my favorites are the BLT pizza, meathead and can't forget the Italian cheese bread with a side of ranch. They have yummy sandwich grinders too! I came during my visit as it was reccommended to try it out. I ordered the grinder and gluten free even though i can eat anything I want, I was interested as my friend is only allowed gluten foods now. I loved the bread yum! I had the reuben. My friend orded the pepperoni gluten free pizza. It was ok, kinda bland for my taste but then again I can understand. One thing I noticed that threw me off was we came at around 2pm to eat lunch so quite late. All the booths were super dirty, and no one out there cleaning it. It was just us eating and then a couple across from us. not even remotely busy and no one kind of disgusting. We ate for a good 25 minutes and still saw no one out there attempting at cleaning the tables. Reason why I can't give a higher rating. This needs to be addressed. read more

I ordered a veggie sub with no cheese and no Mayo since I am vegan and have not had dairy in over 4 years. I added mustard and pickle. I got my sub and ate most of one half and noticed orange stuff on my lettuce. It was shredded cheese. I called mancinos and told them what I found and the girl told me it was just mustard and that she made it herself, after she messed the first one up. I had to bring the picked through half back to mancinos and show them in order for them to make me a new half. Not an apology nor did a manager speak to me. I will not be going back. read more

It's hard to say anything bad about this place as it brings me back to my childhood. As we decided to spend some time in the Grand Haven area this was a no brainer as a place to eat. When we arrived we were greeted right away by a guy behind the counter. He gave us some time to look over the menu and did some paper work it looked like while we checked things out. When we were ready he immediately stopped what he was doing and took our order. I went with the small Bacon Cheddar Burger pizza with a full order of cheesy garlic bread. My other half went with the small meat head pizza. After the order was placed the guy did a nice job making small talk while we waited for my card to be approved. They have the new chip reader machine so it took a little longer than usual. After he handed us my receipt I made my way to the fountain machine and our table. I noticed that for the place being in such an odd spot they seemed to be fairly busy. They did a nice job getting the garlic bread out to us first so we were able to enjoy that while waiting for our food. The garlic bread was delicious and there was sufficient amounts of cheese on top. I noticed that there was an older guy going around cleaning tables, stocking napkins, and making sure the place was clean and stocked. I assume he is either the owner or the manager. Our pizza came out a short time later. It was cooked well, and a good blend of ingredients and flavor. I had never had this particular pizza before as I tend to stick with supreme. I am glad that I stepped outside my comfort zone as it was just fantastic. The gentleman that was stocking the place even stopped by to make sure that everything was good. The place was clean and the tables were cleared off fairly quickly after people were done eating. Even the restroom was clean and looking good. Impressed with this location and will definitely be back next time I want pizza in the Grand Haven area. read more

Italian grinder was actually missing a few of the listed ingredients. I didn't complain because I really wasn't in the mood. I have been there 3 times now and each time was a hit. Their pizza is very good! The crust is wonderful with plenty of toppings and cheese to make it delicious. I was slightly disappointed in this Mancino's. I was traveling and thought I'd stop for a delicious, filling grinder but that was not the case. The meat was next to none, actually, all the sandwich toppings were sparse and I felt like I was eating bread only. After 3 bites I just ate the rest with a fork. Thought it was long for a Tuesday night but maybe they were busy. I show up right at the 25 minute mark. I pay and am told "it will be about 5 minutes. I figure no problem. As I am standing next to the counter watching the prep area, I see they are just now making my order! So I knew the "5 minutes" was out the window. 15 minutes later I finally get my food. I understand a place being busy. But don't tell me 25 minutes and have it be 40. Subs were just ok. I won't be back anytime soon. read more
