We had their burgers via take out for Monday Night Football. Very good. Lots of fries that stayed fresh.

We had their burgers for our Monday Night Football via takeout. They were delicious & cooked just like I prefer. Fries were fresh. There were so many I nibbled on them for the whole game.

Very impressed with this resort! Everyone from the check in booth to the park rangers and staff were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about the people who visit. Our campsite was beautiful, the water is clean and gorgeous! Our family had a great time and will make it a tradition to camp here often ! *Note, please be sure your kiddos wear life jackets, just to be safe, it can get busy on weekends and the tide picks up a bit. This place get 5 stars because it's beautiful, the rangers really help with any issue, and they had extra life jackets to borrow. Thanks Sly Park!

Excellent place for kids, nice hike by the water, beautiful lake, with tons of streams to cool off in. Haven't done camping here yet but definitely I can imagine a great time just because of the amount of shades and how majestic the lake is from anyone angle, just make sure you come early only summertime weather and weekends, it does get a little packed up at the front. They also have an option for a season pass if you plan to come back often !!

The very guy who joined and wrote his very first yelpbelch. Beacause NOTHING is more important.

Muy bonito parque, ideal para acampar. Tiende a estar muy ocupado y los baños huelen mal.

Has gone downhill since Denise sold it. More of a bar than where you would want to take a family.

Hike around the lake, take a dip in the water, then head up to the Knott Hole for a refreshing frosty cold beer and a burger!

Although they do have a small ghost town, ice shop and food you can enjoy. They also have horses you can ride, I believe some sort of kids club and a pool. The bathrooms looked like they needed a little updating. In my opinion the property needed to have a little up dated. They also have a few cabins, tent camping and RV camping. The Ghost Ranch also does a presentation to buy into their "" timeshare. We however did not p purchase it. The staff is amazing as we pulled up April was happy to help us with what ever we needed. Brain did an amazing job talk to us about the presentation for the time share but it was just not for us. If you have kids this maybe a place to check out. It just wasn't a place for us.

Guy checking us in was very pleasant 5. Brian the person doing the presentation was cool Con's 1. None of the attractions advertised were open 2. Our site had old charcoal still in the bbq pit 3. WiFi was extremely HORRIBLE. Even in club house it was spotty 4. If ordering food, bring cash or you will have to walk to the check in station to use your CC 5. Clubhouse had a bar with no liquor or beer. it was being used for storage space. 6. could not pick up local over the air channels 7. campground was not the cleanest and seemed old. Nothing like what is shown on the website Conclusion: If we paid for this weekend stay, i would have been highly upset. Dont let the website video's and photo's fool you. I would never pay to come to this place. Glad we got it free from our purshase of a new RV. Stay for the presentation and collect the $200. Brian was okay to listen to about the CR membership perks. $10k is not worth it for us as we are only weekend campers. Do your homework before booking. I would call them directly instead of trusting the website. 2.5(barely) out of 5 stars.

The grounds were very clean, and the outside seating/pet area was adorable. Our room was beyond expectations. First, I walked around our room barefoot the whole time and didn't feel like I needed to scrub my feet before putting shoes on. It was very spacious. Everything (curtains, rods, lamps) matched. There were lots of outlets. The private outdoor seating area was great. The beds were wonderful. Not too firm, but the super soft bedding (which also smelled really good) made for a great nights sleep. We had plenty of pillows, which were also comfortable and not lumpy like a lot of hotels. We had more than enough towels. We also had a fan on top of the ac, which was a wonderful surprise! The room itself was very clean, and not covered in hidden dust/dirt. Overall, I'd say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you James and Sarah for an amazing experience!

Worked out great since many mutual friends were already in Reno and conveniently there is a chapel just down the escalators from the main floor. Beautiful venue. Simplistic and very high-end all at once. Rows of chairs on either side of the aisle with an altar, some steps, and a piano at the front. All of the small details were handled perfectly - a sign announcing the bride and groom, wedding cake, and celebratory drinks on top of the piano. Behind the scenes (literally behind a very decorative curtain) is a back area with rooms for privacy to change and prepare for the big day. The pastor was great. A friend played the piano as a wedding march and then sang a beautiful song for the couple. Huge congrats to our friends AnnMarie and Michael. So glad we were able to be there for them at their nuptials - especially in such a wonderful setting. If you're looking for a place to get married in Reno you can't go wrong with this hidden gem of a chapel within the Grand Sierra Resort.

I remember that it was decently clean, and decently organized, hence the decent rating. I dont remember very much of that day, just nerves, Crown Royal stashed in a 16oz water bottle (brides cousin, thanks Jim!), and of course my best mans comforting words..."Dude, im driving you over to the chapel now. We can totally leave town, RIGHT NOW! Im serious. Im just offering." I would not wish marriage on anyone, but if you are hellbent on doing it, might as well do it here. I recommend that you elope, get married by the city and save the $1200 price tag that getting married here cost me, and have a really cool honeymoon. But, what do i know.
