The result was a door that didn't slide properly, had a gap in two different areas that allowed both excessive noise and dirt from the road to come through at will. A year of trying to get them to come back out and sort the issue has gone ignored. They don't pick up my calls, or return my texts. I left it a few months and they must've accidentally picked up my call, said they'd send a tech, and a week passed and they had gone back underground. Bottom line, I called another company to fix their issue - almost $1500 - they came out to quote in 24 hours and had me on the schedule the next week.
