We also saw waiters preparing the table side, Cacio E Pepe, which looked really fun, but ultimately, I felt it was priced more for the experience than the actual food so I did not get that. We had reservations at 8:15 but arrived at 7:45 (planning on waiting at the bar for our friends to arrive ) and they were able to seat us right away. We also got a welcome bubbly drink upon arrival which was such an unexpected, fun, and friendly touch! The servers are very professional, but down to earth. Both entrées were just ok. The bread was great and served warm. Our waitress was attentive w/o being a bother. They finally accept credit cards albeit with a surcharge.
