Told him my situation and being that I hadn't had to replace a tube in a long time, I was clueless as to exactly what I'd need. He didn't hesitate to go out and look, took the tire off, and was off to replace it for me. He put it back on for me and took care of a couple other little things for me too. The others in the shop were super nice too while I was waiting for my tire. It's definitely my 'go to' shop for cycling needs. And sorry I forgot to put my mask on when I went in. I didn't even realize it until I was almost done; however, no one looked at me weird or scolding me for not wearing it. Honest mistake. ;)

I really haven't had better customer service in a bike shop like this before. I bought my last bike here and it was a steal. Clearance price and it was exactly what I wanted. I ride a lot and any time I need something done, they fix it super fast and I hardly ever have to leave it overnight. They just handle it. The showroom is super nice and clean. Everything is displayed very well and clearly priced. This is to me, is a premium and tailored store. I feel that my needs are met every time at a fair price considering the quality. Some of the bikes are SUPER expensive, but they have affordable options as well. Anywhere from just a few hundred to thousands if you really want to treat yourself. Parking is terrible on most occasions, so you may have to circle the block a few times. Totally worth it. Pro tip::: Knock on the back door if you happen to get a spot behind the store. Bob the owner and his staff are very helpful and friendly and will get you back out on the road quickly. Nice selection of products. In the winter, the building is heated by an old wood burning stove that makes the place a cozy stop on a cold ride. I always feel welcome just to come and chat as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, ALL AROUND GREAT SHOP. Sidenote: Bob, the owner, also has one of the gnarliest beards I have ever seen in my life. All should aspire to achieve such greatness.

It had never been ridden because the tire popped before we completed the assembly. They took the bike and claimed to have repaired the inner tube for $10 and assembled/reassembled the bike for another $100!!?? After taxes I owed a total of $116.80. I brought it home 3 days later and my son started to ride the bike and 15 minutes into the ride the back tire burst again. I called the shop and they said they would have to charge me (again) for any additional repairs needing to be made. They said it could be a number of things and I asked how that would be possible if they had checked it as thoroughly as they claimed to the first time. I'm out $116 plus whatever the cost of any additional repair fees they want to charge me. They did not offer a refund or a guarantee of their work. I am extremely disappointed and my son is very sad that he still can't ride the gift of the first adult bike that his grandparents got him.

When I got in the store, I can't remember the man's name. He did great time repair and tune up my bike and did the bike ride test. Everything was good. It only took 10 to 15 minutes.
