I really haven't had better customer service in a bike shop like this before. I bought my last bike here and it was a steal. Clearance price and it was exactly what I wanted. I ride a lot and any time I need something done, they fix it super fast and I hardly ever have to leave it overnight. They just handle it. The showroom is super nice and clean. Everything is displayed very well and clearly priced. This is to me, is a premium and tailored store. I feel that my needs are met every time at a fair price considering the quality. Some of the bikes are SUPER expensive, but they have affordable options as well. Anywhere from just a few hundred to thousands if you really want to treat yourself. Parking is terrible on most occasions, so you may have to circle the block a few times. Totally worth it. Pro tip::: Knock on the back door if you happen to get a spot behind the store. I checked every local bike shop and the big players here in Dallas. No one had stock but was told I could "check back in October we might have something coming down the pipe (price subject to change ;) )". I found Grit Cycling and Mike through a Google search and I DM'd him on Instagram. I was shocked when he said he had one 48 Cervelo P5 in twlight on the floor. This being my first TT bike I had a lot of questions and he responded promptly and professionally. We agreed to travel to Louisville to pick up and do a professional fitting with him. He also offered me the best and safest way to travel back without having to take the whole bike apart and pay another mechanic to put it back together. Our inbound flight got delayed on Saturday making it impossible to arrive before the shop closed. He graciously offered to come in on Sunday to do my fitting before our flight back home! During my fitting, he was attentive, educational, and responsive to my feedback. The bonus perk was meeting his dog Gravel! The whole process from initial contact, building, fitting, packaging, and traveling back home with my dream bike was effortless. We've seen them advertised in our neighborhood circular and the coupon for the tune-up is $59.99, which is $20 less than normal rate. A gentleman working there was able to provide us with a lot of repair scenarios and information. We discussed the benefits of a tube-up, bike tires and pedals and used bicycles for sale. The repair shop is located at the back of the store. You can bring in your bike and receive an estimate for price and completion of work. We finally got back with my bike to drop it off for a tune-up; however, they were so backed up they couldn't take it that day. We now have an appointment in October. Thankfully they were able to replace the biggest issue, a bad tire tube, right away while my husband waited. With the pandemic bicycling is making a comeback. People are heading to parks and trails for fitness and family outings. The store has some bicycle options for sale, but keep in mind their selection is higher end and the prices may put you into sticker shock if you've only looked at bikes while at a big box retailer. They also have a nice selection of accessories, including helmets, pedals, cycling shoes, water bottles and more.

Luck would have it that the Scheller's in Louisville had one of the few remaining models of the TREK FX 3 bikes (next one was over 300 miles away) and I was able to upgrade from the FX 2.
