I also like Ralphs because they have good-looking, good-tasting produce in stock. The prices are standard to a little high, so coming here is rare. While there is plenty of parking outside, the store inside has a small/cluttered feeling toward the front. It seems very cramped as workers are stocking items and the check stand area and nearby always seem cramped - even when there are only a few people. I always feel like there's something or someone in the way as I make my way to check out. Just be patient, and you'll most likely find what you want in stock!

It's like being a kid at Disneyland. Sure, you've got all the staples you would find in a typical grocery store, with the selection of meat and produce understandably a little narrower. You've got your pasta, nuts, drinks, and frozen foods galore. But where Trader Joe's really stands out is their *ginormous* selection of snacks. Chocolate snacks. Crunchy snacks. Fruity snacks. Sweet, savory, and everything in between. And made with better ingredients, you'll almost convince yourself that they're actually healthful. Because, let's face it: there's only so much rice and pasta one can eat. Snacking, on the other hand, is virtually limitless. It's always a struggle to have self-control here. The only thing I can do is to limit myself to a hand basket instead of a full shopping cart!

I do really hope the customer service and cashier friendliness has improved since my last review but I can't speak to that yet. The reason I am jumping back on here and leaving an updated review is due to having a better experience shopping solo and feeling much more impressed with their price point and selection. Being able to shop here while the store was on the emptier side was a real treat. The isles were easy to navigate and every shelf was well stocked. Very clean and easy to find all of the items I was looking for. I was very impressed with the selections today throughout the store. Found even some local goods - like specialty seasoning salt from Santa Maria which was exciting. Checking out at the self-help registers were a breeze. I didn't purchase very much so it was a quick in and out and no hassle. Happy that there were a lot of deals and specials today. Will be back.

We love little mom & pop type businesses. We always want to support these types of business. We ordered some of their hot food for lunch and my favorite thing was the Bao. Ohhhh it was so good. Definitely will be back. I want to try their pancit, but when we arrived they had just sold out. We will be coming back at some point, it's far away for us, but when in the area, we are surely going to pop in to get some food to take home.

I placed an order for 6 large trays of food two days in advance. I believe you can call to order, but I contacted them via Facebook Messenger which was super convenient. The market itself is small with a limited selection of Filipino ingredients, condiments, and snacks, but it's very clean and well-organized! Service was impeccable; everything was ready to pick up in a timely manner, and the trays came seran-wrapped, covered in foil, and placed in boxes to keep the food warm and prevent spillage. All the workers there are super nice -- one of them even helped load the heavy trays into my car :) Everything was delicious, ESPECIALLY their homemade lumpia (which comes with the sweet chili sauce on the side). Their pancit was pretty flavorful (and came with sliced lemons), and their beef caldereta was good as well. I'd definitely come back to try their pork BBQ and turon!!

The owners were both outgoing and friendly and I look forward to trying a pastrami sandwich in the not too distant future.

Therefore, if you do buy them there, make sure to put them in the front of your inventory.
