Went to the fish and meat department to pick up my dinner for the night and was greeted by Aaron. He was very polite and friendly. I had some questions about the Salmon and he answered them for me and was confident in his answers, He even told me which was his favorite seasoning and I tried that one also. GETTING HERE: Located next door to the Rite-Aid in Camarillo on Las Posas. REVIEW: Sometimes, it's hard for me to distinguish any plusses/minuses on the Sprouts in the VC. They all blend together and sometimes I will have a better experience at the Ventura location; sometimes the Cam. location will shine. I know it's just a hit and miss with the employees and their level of service (politeness) in 2024. This visit to the Cam. location was a win! I don't (yet) have their app, I am unclear if they have a points option, coupons, or what the purpose of their app actually would be. One cashier helped me with a great explanation of their app and what it could serve me. I will add it to my other shopping apps. If I am in need of vitamins (usually) or protein or sodas, etc. I will run into Sprouts if there's one located near me. Sadly, I had to return the PYM Mood Chews as they were hard and shaped like little pebbles. It was a challenging return (next visit) with the (lack of) service on processing the refund in a timely manner. Oh well. Such is October 2024. Sure, I recommend. I went to sprouts store yesterday in Camarillo it was very clean and organized. I found some great deals on their salmon, tuna sandwich and sweet potatoes etc. However what I really found amazing was the service I received. Joe was very kind knowledgeable and helpful he helped me in the self check area. Joe helped me sign up for Sprouts membership so I could start saving right away. I received excellent service from Joe even before he learned later through conversation that I was disabled and that I was suffering yesterday from a resent diagnosis that left me feeling very tired. The Sprouts is off of Las Posas Rd & Arneill Rd. Yesterday, Upon entering I noticed how super clean, highly organized, attention to details. This store is a very healthy store and I love it!! They have some many different foods to choose from! They have healthy vitamins, all natural remedies, food, chips, drinks, produce, meats, breads, varieties of nuts . I love all of their selections & varieties . They also do promote things there too. I think her name was Juliana, she was so sweet and kind, she was promoting these bite chews, Called Sprinkles . I got a bag to try out , I thought they were Delicious! red velvet was so good! As I was a self check out, The cashier Jessica noticed I was a bit confused, she politely asked me if I needed help with anything. I said yes I have a coupon, how does it work . She told me and showed me and actually helped me out with my whole check out . I had 4 things, but notice how sweet and genuine, kind, caring, highly knowledgeable she was!! It used to be good until recently. I've shopped there since it's opening. The employees were usually pretty courteous. lately, It hasn't been that way. I just waited in line for 20 minutes behind two people. All I a bunch of employees walking around or stocking shelves . Not once did anybody try to open a line to help the rest of us stuck in line . I almost left and went somewhere else, but I already had all my stuff on the conveyor belt. I get treated way better at grocery outlet. And to be honest, it's way less expensive there. I'm glad I found it because Im going to stop going to sprouts as much because everybody's kind of a jerk there now. read more

My neighborhood Sprouts! I've been coming here a lot lately and it's become my biweekly rotation of groceries stores since it's right next to my gym. Makes it convenient to get a good workout in and then to pop over for some snacks. That store is moderately sized and isn't too big. While their selection isn't as big as say the Ventura site, I appreciate that this store is easy to navigate and always pretty well stocked. The store is clean and there are always plenty of workers on the floor. I like that the layout hasn't changed so it makes it easy for me to get in and out. Staff are always very friendly here. I have great interactions with the staff and everyone that works the register is always super nice. I'm bummed that they put in more self checkout lanes as I find there usually is only one live person working the register but oh well. It's the way of the future. The only critique I have is that the deli can be pretty slow and understaffed. I do wish there were some improvements there and I get some customers frustrations. It's been this way for a long time and not sure why they don't change it but at least the staff behind the deli are nice, despite managing a lot. The reason I didn't dock a star for this is because I love that their deli serves boars head. It's my favorite and well worth the wait in my opinion. Sprouts Farmers Market is a very good grocery store in the Camarillo Village Square shopping center on Las Posas Road between Arneil and Temple. They have a good selection of grocery items at good prices. And their staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like their ready-to-bake items and their in-store deli. As of April 2024 the made-to-order sandwich, potato chip, and bottled water combo is $6. And their sandwiches are both better and cheaper than Subway and most other chain restaurants. They also sell good but not great sushi. Compared to the nearby Vons they have both advantages and disadvantages. On the down side is Sprouts, with the exception of things like house plants, only sells groceries. So, if you need non grocery items like laundry detergent you're out of luck. Also, Vons has a better selection of basic cooking and baking items and cheap frozen food. On the plus side Sprouts always has a better supply of vegetables and meat at the same prices as Vons. Also, they're much less crowded so it always takes me less time to shop at Sprouts. So, I recommend Sprouts Camarillo for a good selection of grocery items at good prices and great sandwich combos at great prices. read more

Small neighborhood market. All quality food. And the service is good. I buy my lunch here. Could be sushi. Soup or sandwich. All for 5 each if you come on the right day. Plenty of deals as well if they are discontinuing an item. Here's what I found today. Tom, the guy with a curly hair is always helpful. August 11, 2025 - Sprouts - Ventura JJ presented great samples today which I enjoyed immensely. JJ is the right person for this position; she is super friendly with all the customers and very approachable. I really enjoy when there are samples, it gives me the opportunity to try new things to add to the shopping list. Thanks for the great samples today! Teresa in demo had jumbo blueberries that were so awesome, and they were on sale. I tried them and really did enjoy, of course I had to get some. Great item. I am temporarily physically disabled due to a recent orthopedic surgery and just got home from shopping at Sprouts in Camarillo. This Sprouts is always very neat, organized, and clean. To me, this signals that the staff cares about the store and its customers. While shopping, one of the meat service employees greeted me and kindly showed me the Salmon I was looking for. As I continued to shop, Billy (who happened to be the store manager) approached me and offered his assistance. I'm pretty sure he saw the employee help me earlier, but he decided to offer anyways. I asked him about their new grass fed meatballs and he proceeded to showed me the product and answer questions. After admitting he did not have much feedback on the product yet, he offered to sample the meatballs out in hopes my kids would enjoy them. Grass fed meatballs were one of two reasons I was going to the store. However, I had already picked up some frozen ones and was hesitant to purchase the new uncooked version. Needless to say, the sampling gesture meant a lot to me. Billy then offered to push my shopping cart to the front since I am on crutches, which I gratefully accepted. The employees at check out were very helpful, friendly, and told me about the benefits of the app which I will be using now. I was encouraged to fill out a survey which I will also be doing. Overall, Sprouts provided me with the best service experience I've had in a while. You probably won't get that type of service in other grocery stores. I work in a service based field and have found that great service is very rare in today's world. I will be shopping at Sprouts much more often now due to my experience here. The fact that the manager himself went out of his way to provide great service speaks volumes about the culture of this store. Thank you Sprouts Camarillo! read more

Not only are the staff here warm and welcoming, but this is one of the few places if you're looking for vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, etc., options on anything they're gonna have a good selection. The store feels very clean and nice to walk through as well. Lots of great supplements, probiotics, and fish oils. I have to say one of the main reasons I come is for the great produce. Cashier was very rude and did not want to give me the clearance price on items I found in the back. He said "well it's not ringing up for the price your saying so it's not on clearance" I formed him their was multiple of the same items and tag shows item name and description so I want the price as it shows. He continued to give me attitude until I gave him attitude back and he finally gave me the clearance price. I had my children with me and they asked for stickers. He was very rude and dismissive, not wanting to give my kids stickers. He handed me my receipt with an attitude as if he was shooing me away. I had another interaction with a worker outside. My son was driving the shopping cart and accidentally got in a workers way. The worker rolled her eyes at my son. I told her he's just a kid, theirs no need to roll your eyes at a child. And she pretended like nothing happened. I felt very racial profiled because I am Hispanic and I feel the workers here feel like they are entitled. I am not an illegal (and if I was, I still should have been given the same respect). I work, I pay taxes, and I make good money and I live in Camarillo. I am trying to purchase healthy food for my family. If sprouts doesn't want my money I'll gladly go spend it somewhere else. read more

I am frustrated and furious. I made an order in Tuesday for trimmed Turkey wings and legs to be picked up Friday for our family Thanksgiving on Saturday. I went in to pick them up. And .... Have to leave this review. Sprouts is my go to for meat when I am not raising it myself and having Old Fashioned butcher cut it for me. The store is always clean and well stocked. The cold pressed juices are always available and the Sushi at lunch is a killer deal. I'd like to specially mention Carlos in the meat department. I do my shopping for a big family on Sunday evenings and he is always willing to do huge cut orders for me last minute at the end of his shift. Usually 25-30 cuts. Thanks Carlos! read more

Marcy made me the most amazing sandwiches today! Also her personality and kindness was just so refreshing. I know it's not everyday you get asked to make your favorite sandwich and your coworkers favorite sandwich. She was so accommodating. And had so much fun with it. I would include pictures but we ate them too fast. they were so good!! Also last week Donna made me a tik tok sandwich that was really specific and had a lot of effort put into it she was patient and understanding and it turned out phenomenal! Thank you Sprouts for hiring positive people who make your store welcoming fun and just an overall positive experience without them your store would just be another grocery store. With them you guys go above and beyond. I don't know any sprouts employees personally and don't even go into sprouts that often usually only do my bulk dry shopping there but my boyfriend recently found their 5.99 sandwiches and has been requesting them for his lunches. It's been so nice to see your staff so positive. One improvement I would recommend is more clear instruction for your sandwich/ meat counter when busy people get frustrated and sometimes rude with your staff due to lack of signage explaining the ticket system also not everyone knows how to name your meats/sides when it comes to writing a ticket so a numbering system might be beneficial. This is more to save custom from getting angry/rude to your team members. Overall y'all rock! read more
