My phone screen broke and was unable to back it up. Met with Joe who helped put a temporary screen on so I could back up the phone. The backup was huge and thus took a few hours. Joe was very patient and knowledgeable. He stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure everything was done. When I took the phone home that evening, I screwed up the backup process and so when I went back to the shop the next morning, Joe was again very accommodating and after working with me for a couple of more hours we were finally able to backup all of our photos. I initially requested an OEM screen replacement but the one Omar assembled didn't work very well, so he immediately replaced with an after market one and promised that as soon as he got a new OEM he would come to my place to replace it. What an incredibly service it was!!! After one day of using the after market one, I was actually OK with the quality and decided to go with that one instead of switching again.
