Just a bit of history., I was coming off a Bankruptcy when my Niece was in an accident and the car was totaled , the very car that I reaffirmed on. So to say the least , I knew this car buying experience was not going to be enjoyable but then I went to Enterprise cars and found a very nice car and my experience was the best I could have ever expected. Non of this back and forth in and out of the "bosses office" negotiations .. Just plain this is the monthly payment and here are some other options to can add or not . They got me the best rate out if all the places I had been to and best of all was that they knew what I was facing and how much I had to work with and I walked in prepared for another let down but No, it was just the opposite ., they already had a couple cars that They knew they could get financing for me and with most of the options I wanted!! Smyth Imported Car Service appeared to be the shop that could make my 1969 MGB GT run as good as it…read morepossibly could. Essentially I was requesting a expert tune up. That is what I received. Sam and his son sorted out the ignition and carburetors replacing many parts including the entire fuel system, and the gas tank. The results are gratifying. This MG is fun to drive again, almost like new. This is said after driving over 400 miles in 3 months since Smyth worked on the car. I reserved one review star because of the cost of this work.

His tone and dismissive words were the complete opposite of someone in customer service.. just grumpy. God forbid I ask for some help getting my own car while the dealership waits for a part on back order.. or expect someone give me just a few minutes of their time to explain the issue I'm having and why it's a shared responsibility to solve.. This isn't the first time this same sales manager was grumpy, rude, short, and snotty.. so expect the same when you buy or ask for help
