When we called Rose Mortuaries we initially spoke with Connie who was patient, empathetic, and did not overwhelm us at all. When we attended our first appointment we worked with Alex who saw us all the way through the entire process. We knew our father wished to be cremated, and Alex helped fill in all the gaps for our family. She was attentive and provided us space at the same time. She didn't push anything on us and clearly explained the essentials, dates, and was extremely flexible on accommodations that were in between some of the options offered. We had an intimidate memorial / viewing for our father at the Rancho Mirage location for immediate family. The location was private, quiet, and well presented. Our father was well presented and looked handsome and at rest. In the days after the viewing, my father was cremated, and Rose Mortuaries accommodated our family's needs to have the ashes divided amongst my brothers and me. We each had a say in the process and were able to honor our father in our own unique way. All paperwork and certification were presented in clearly marked envelopes and folders. I would highly recommend Ros Mortuaries to any family in need.
