What impressed me the most was his commitment to customer service by going beyond the minimum. He came to my house installed and trained me on ROKU. The antenna only provided four (4) channels and none were the local programming that I was looking for. It perplexed Mat because he had installed the same type of equipment at a house about five (5) miles as the crow flies from my place and had over thirty (30) stations. He brought a TV from his home that had local stations along with his antenna. His equipment got the same four (4) as I got.
