I went by yesterday to pick up my item and the trade-in system was down (I suppose?) because they couldn't process my Ps5 purchase without the attached Ps4. The store associate, a young girl (I forgot her name so sorry) was very apologetic and helped me make a plan to retrieve my item later in the week. Good service from her, but in all honesty the structure of the team there seems to fail her more than the other way around. I went today and no issues at all. Really seems like you have to choose your day with this store.
