I went in to have my iPhone 7 plus repaired. The repair was done however the lighting on the new screen gave everything a blue tint. The staff even noticed the difference but wasn't sure why the coloring was so different. The staff was polite and said they'd put back my old screen so I can have it replaced elsewhere. After putting back the old screen the center button was slightly raised. We brought back the phone to them and they explained there is glue that holds the phone in a certain way and that's why when they put it back together it's difficult. It's AT THIS POINT they tell us because they opened the phone it voids all warranties and insurance. I called apple immediately after leaving to see if they'd still fix it and they said once it's opened they won't even touch it so now I can't use my insurance or have it legitimately replaced. I'm at a loss for words because I'm stuck having someone replace the phone that may or may not be original quality and if anything else goes wrong I'm seriously out of luck. That's something you may want to disclose BEFORE you begin a repair. read more

Why did I stop here. Okay I drop my iPhone 4S, and the front glass shattered... now I remember seeing these guys in Ontario Mills mall, so I was like let me go over here and let them fix it up. Why did I do that? So I have another iPhone 4s and they said they could switch the motherboards, they end up destroying both batteries, one of the batteries they said it was a damage battery from the start but we watch him use some tool to try to get the battery out and he punched a hole in it, then he jumped back and makes this big scene telling us to get back because it can blow up all over the place. Ok then he took out the second one and rip the plastic off the back of the battery, then they try to tell us that the phone was refurbish because I said I got it from AT&T... Now when I got this phone it was brand-new and the only reason why it was a bad battery is because he be punching holes in good peoples batteries. So he end up switching the motherboards and putting one of the phones back together which he didn't do a good at job, the phone was still open on the top end I had to point this out to him. So I asked him what was he going to do about the battery he destroyed and he said I can give him $40 and he will put a new one in, I was like what I pay you for the phones you just destroyed... NO I DON'T. So he takes both of the phones and put them in his drawer and say you're wasting my time... I will do it for $10, I said no we'll just call the law men in. So long story short he end up putting a new battery in one of the phones and charging me $40 after the police had to twist his arm. My wife said this is poor customer service and they had the nerve to say this is great customer service. So we will be calling the better business bureau and filing a complaint with the malls management. I will never ever ever go to another one of their shops again, and I hope you don't either. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I got my husband's iPhone 4C repaired here. They said it would be $90, but ended up charging me $109... Whatever. I paid it and moved on. I noticed when I got home that the screen was no where near the quality it should be. Pictures were pixilized and blurry... My husband didn't mind much so oh well... Within 2 days, the cheap screen was cracked again. He didn't even drop it! We called them up and was told they would fix it, but when we came the next day they were completely RUDE and said "The person you talked to on the phone isn't here... I'm here and I say no." My galaxy note 5 was damaged. I was just going to buy a new phone. But if I could fix it, it would save me a lot of money. I took it and spoke with Barutt. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was wrong and what I need to do to have them fix it. My LCD screen was damaged but they don't keep those lying around for every phone, so it made sense I need to buy the replacement part. Installation only cost $50. I got my replacement part from Amazon, which is what they recommended. I came back and had them install it. Rodrigo was the one who helped installed it when I came have them fix it. He advised me all the things that could go wrong and who would be responsible. It took an hour to fix, and they called me when it was finished. They tell you that the warranty is good for a month but if you ever have an issue forget it they will tried to find any excuse not to do the repair. Stay away! they should call this place "dumb fix".. especially the guy that applies the screen protectors he was rubbing on the edge of my brand new iPhone 8+ for over a half hour trying to make the screen protector seal on the edges....Unless you have about an hour to spare and you don't mind your new screen protector to have air pockets all around the edge.. had my screen protector replaced 3 times in 3 days cause the edges won't seal, obviously they sell defective products and the kids working there have an attitude to go with them.. read more

I went on to get my crappy phone screen fixed . It's an iPhone 5s and the LCD was damaged so it cost 60 + 15 to replace the LCD . I also received a temper glass screen after I checked in . They replaced it but, after a day my daughter noticed the screen was popping out of the phone. Before we could run back to have them redo it, the screen broke completely. I have had to get my screen (iPhone 5 and 6) several times. This was the best experience ever. And at a kiosk in the mall! Who knew?! They offer 6 month warranty and truly free screen protector (every other place I had been to Offered only 30 days and charged for screen protector). I liked that they work on your phone while you watch (as in standing right next to them) and were super fast. Took me longer to find the location and park. Only reason for 4 is that they were out of the right screen protector. But Khamed (super friendly and helpful) wrote it on my receipt and said I could go back the next day or whenever to get the screen protector installed ) Returned to see if they would install my free screen saver. Indeed they kept their promise. Showed prof of my Yelp review (which I did not know was required) and screen saver was installed meticulously in less than 5 Minutes. Didn't even need my receipt.
