If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is my third time returning to fix an iPad with a screen that continues to fall off. And because I don't have a receipt this time they won't fix it unless I pay full price. I offered to show my bank statement and they will not accept it. Do not take ur phone here !!! I'm very disappointed of what the work they do here. I took my phone I phone 6+ I had a battery issue cause I guess my battery burn he because over charging then the manager change my battery he told me didn't have warranty. Then the new battery i got from there it only took like 1 week to not charge any more then I took it back to the same place the manager took it off and replace it with 20 dollars because it was less then a week also he broke my screen and then replace it for a new one. But the new one didn't work he try like 5 of them that had in his little shop none work then one of them work but when I came back I saw something weird about this guy he was removing my cámara then I didn't pay attention at then but now my cámara sucks it looks all bad. I think he replace it for one of the cheap ones that he had because it's not the same as before... so please if u see this don't go, go to Apple Store. read more

So I had a cracked screen for a while on my Samsung s5... I took it to these guys at Ontario mills there one who helped me was quite rude just looked at my phone and said "come back in an hour" so I did, paid $100 I played around with it for a second, it looked okay so I left. About a half hour later I took out my phone and i noticed that my screen was less responsive to my touch.. Then I noticed that there was a spot on my screen just above the home button that indents in when you press on it and clicks like a button and it acts as a home button! In my screen! This guy like moved my home button up in to my screen and now the whole screen is just becoming more and more unresponsive and almost not even working anymore.. Now I need to go get it repaired elsewhere. Do not go here! read more

If I could rate this place a 0 I totally would first of all I went to get my iphone 5 screen fixed they tell me it's going to be 79$ even and to come back in one hour so when I came back I looked at the phone and it didn't look right the icons looked as if it was a video game super fake so I ask the guy why it looked like that and he said oh give me 7 minutes and I said ok and stood at a different store watching what he was doing. So when he called me over again I asked what had happened and he said it was a defective screen and while he was putting another screen I asked if they had warranty and he said yes for one month. So when he was done and was ringing me up my total came out to 85$ and I had asked why if they had told me 79$ he got mad and said ok whatever 79 so I paid and left. As I was walking around the rest of the mall pulled out my phone from my pocket and it was cracked once again I went back super mad and told them that it was ridiculous I wanted my money back there screens were super cheep I had it in my front pocket and it broke I didn't drop it and they told me no refunds blah blah blah so the guy pulls out the sign from the back of the computer that says no refunds and I said to him how are people going to see the sign when it's in back of the computer , we were going back and fourth about the problem they were very rude I told them what about the warranty and they said the warranty only covers of the touch screen doesn't work like wtf is the whole point of the warranty ? Well, here's the story to this little stand in Ontario Mills. I shattered my iphone 5 phone screen early Tuesday morning and after doing research online, I had decided on other shops due to price with warranties, but my cousin had said they went to this place to fix their iphone 4 screen and only paid $60, which was way less expensive than most other places were charging, so I decided to bite the bullet and try this place. So, I walk up to the booth near the foodcourt and one of the two guys was talking to two customers, so I wait patiently, as a normal person might, before I'm told to talk to the guy on the other side. So, I walk up to him and I am feeling quite chipper, so I say "Hello! How are you today?" And he gives me this "What do you want?" look. I say to him "Do you think this can be fixed?" and he looks at it a moment, then makes some call before walking away from me. He was completely rude. I stood there, stunned, because I just wanted my screen fixed. The male from before then asked if I had been helped, to which I responded "I don't know, he didn't speak to me at all." He then apologized and said that the man had gone to get my part (without letting me know, thanks). I asked if I could pay for it with a card beforehand and as he's processing my fees, he says to me "That place in your photo is beautiful. Is it from around here?" Which, was sort of weird. I mean, I had a picture of my sister and I in Maui, but it was hard to see due to the way the screen shattered and it felt a little bit awkward that he had noticed it. I ended up paying $85.17 (with a month warranty that basically covers nothing except for their screen somehow screwing up my phone) and it took one hour. I'd suggest this place only if you're in Ontario Mills already. I wouldn't make the trip for this place again. read more

I went here about a month ago to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed, which took an hour and a half and $120, but it was fixed to my satisfaction. I put a tempered glass screen protector on for safety, but I dropped my phone again not more than 6 inches from the ground, which wasn't a hard drop at all, and the screen cracked but not the tempered glass screen protector. I went back to ask them about their warranty but it's voided over physical damage or water damage (which they told me quite rudely), so it makes me wonder what the warranty is even for. They took a look at my phone and said "It isn't even that bad," but honestly I don't think that's their place to judge. If the screen bothers me enough to come ask to get it fixed, driving an hour in traffic to get there, then it bothers me. I should have read the reviews here before I came, I didn't know they used such cheap glass. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

So i had had my iphone 4s fixed here and it was a good job. My sister had her iphone 5c fixed here twice and it works great. Well my iphone 6 had been cracked for a while when i was shopping at ontario mills i decided to fix my phone. Well the price was quite steep $120 i decided to go along with it since a new phone is more that that. The guy had told me it would be a 30 minute wait and had asked for a number i gave him a number and said he would call as soon as it was ready. I was quite distracted hadn't thought of my phone much. We stopped to eat so we checked the phone to see if they had called (about an hour and a half have passed since then) they hadn't called but, i was so wrapped up in shopping we just gave it more time. I go back to check my phone once i was done shopping. The dude looked panicked and i had to wait another 20 minutes for my phone. Once they're done the dude charged me $160 when i told him he had previously said $120 he laughed at me. I was so tired and drained i paid and left. The next day i noticed the home button was loose and the screen looked pixelated. A week later my phone kept randomly turning off. WHen i would turn it back on half of the screen was on there. I just forgot about it. Last week my phone had been acting up until last friday my phone did not turn on. I had to order a new one and now i'm out $360 (: read more

I inquired about the cost and was quoted $60.00. The gentlemen that helped me was very polite and explained the phone would be ready in 1 hour.
