Oh my goodness I can't say enough great things about their service! I have a 7 year old washer showing an error code and I wasn't even sure if it was worth it to fix. I put my project on Yelp and received a response back within fifteen or so minutes. I told Loui my problem and he was very honest about not being able to give me a firm quote over the phone, but did his best to give me a ballpark figure. (Turned out to be less) I initially was concerned because he didn't have a ton of reviews, even though his reviews are all 5 stars. I was going to use someone else, but I had to deal with a family medical emergency unexpectedly and's had to cancel. I called and Loui was so kind to work around my schedule. He gave me a courtesy text to let me know he was on his way. Loui arrived and within about an hour he had my 7 year old washer up and running. He even gave me tips on what to do to keep it lasting. My Maytag Dryer was not working properly. The heat was stopping during the drying cycle. I contacted multiple businesses on Yelp to contract a repair. Out of all the responses I received, Smart Tech responded very quickly. I received a text from Louie, who addressed the issue I was having with my dryer. Louie further advised me that he would be able to respond to my house upon completion of his last stop. He provided me with his cell phone number and his ETA. Louie arrived on time, and diagnosed my dryer issues. He checked my dryer and the vent. Upon completion of his assessment, he told me that my dryer was working fine, but the reason of the problem with the dryer heat was that I needed to clean the vent because it was clogged with dust from the dryer. I ordered the cleaning kit from Amazon and proceeded to use it the next day. The problem was solved! Louie could have made a different diagnosis and taken advantage, however, he was honest and charged me a $75 for an inspection and solution to the problem. I highly recommend Smart Tech Fix.
