We had 3 contractors that were sent to us from our home warranty and they said replace your fridge, the parts are no longer available or it was going to cost us the same amount of money to get parts as it is getting a new fridge, they suggested getting a new one. Please be very cautious about hiring this business! I hired this business to fix a very simple issue. $400 dollars later and 4 visits to my home, my ice maker does not work and now my water dispenser isn't dispensing water despite the fact it was working fine before he came the last visit to supposedly complete the repair. He left in a hurry and said I needed a plumber. He recommended his friend who get this, wanted to charge $600!!!!So after I paid Eric $400 for creating a problem I didn't have he had the audacity to recommend I spend another $600 to his friend? It amazes me he didn't just say he was sorry he couldn't fix the issue right then and there and offer me a refund on the spot. I had to wake up the next day to realize I had more issues than before he started this project. I reached out and was refunded for his labor but I was talked into purchasing a part that cost over $100 that I probably didn't need and is installed in the fridge. I am now waiting on a new business to diagnose the issue. I hope the issues are not beyond repair! I can't help but feel taken advantage of. A freezer repair should not have cost me this much and taken this long only for me to have more problems than before he came. I also took time off work to be available for the repair man only for him to reschedule because he didn't have the right parts.
