One of the mini splits stopped working and the replacement parts needed from LG took a very long time arrive. It was close to 2 months without air conditioning in the middle of the summer. I understand this was out of Icy Hot's control, however, it was very difficult to get updates from Jason on the status of the parts (even if there no update to provide). It was clear he doesn't care about supporting his existing customers. I had to call the parts supplier to put pressure on them to get the parts needed. It was eventually fixed and I moved on. The same issue happened again about a year later as diagnosed by Jason but this time he just simply ghosted me. Calls, voicemails and texts to his office number and cell went unanswered. It's been almost a month since he went out for the service call with 0 update. I had to hire another company to diagnose the issue and had to pay for the parts that were under warranty just to get this issue resolved so I'm not without heating and cooling for another month. If you go with Icy Hot don't expect to get any support after your payment clears and any warranty offered will be so difficult to use that it will be practically useless. Be weary of any older reviews mentioning Jerren as things have clearly changed from when Jason took over. He simply just doesn't care about his customers and does not stand by the products he installs.
