They all had delayed response times, and odd requirements that were really off putting. On a whim we reached out to Install It Direct to get yet another option. Man we are glad we went with them. Steve was great and quickly turned around a rendering and captured our vision almost to a T after our first conversation. The shinning star of the entire project was Troy, from day one we knew he was understood our vision and had our best interest in mind with every decision we had to make. He checked in with us regularly, kept us abreast with everything happening and whenever an issue arose (which were all minor and expected) that we were presented with pros/cons for each solution. He made us feel like we were a priority and that he genuinely cared about the outcome. All in all, it was a great experience. We love our new yard and would highly recommend IIT and Troy to anyone. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

It was very extensive work and involved cutting concrete and putting it back together. I was impressed how clean the work was and he gave a great price. Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

Berlin and Daniel pointed out several key details I had overlooked, including adding a bubbler to water our palm tree and lifting and fixing an existing fence post to make sure the job came out perfectly. If I ever plan on doing work on a project Berlin's team offers services for we will not be looking elsewhere for help.
