We had carne asada and chicken and then loaded up on all the toppings offered at the salsa bar. They have jalapeno, tomatillo, Chipotle and ghost pepper salsa to name a few. They also have onions, cilantro, pickled onions and other toppings. The tacos can be ordered with or without beans and rice. Both come with grilled onions and grilled Serrano peppers. The tacos were very small for that price, with not much meat. On the other hand, the meat was very well seasoned and was really good. The charro beans was amazing as well, with large pieces of bacon and the beans. My only issue with the charro beans was that it was very mild with no kick at all, even though it had jalapenos cooked into it. One thing that was interesting and not common at taquerias.. While the cilantro and raw onions were in plastic portion cups, it also had grilled onions, a grilled jalapeno, and it was grilled pineapple which was really good and tasted very good putting the pineapple on each taco. Now to my favorite part.. The Hot sauce. I love spicy food and it's very much a craving and the green sauce was very mild, but the red had good flavor and had a nice little kick to it. So good flavor, despite very small portions. A little expensive just for 4 tacos and a small cup of charro beans, so use your own judgement and try this place if you like street tacos and decide for yourself how it is in comparison to other places

While both taco trucks were open by crew all opted for La Cocina De Ada. There is plenty of parking and some picnic tables and chairs so you can eat there if desired, which we did. I ordered 1 birria taco and the pork pupusa (which was the cashiers favorite). The birria taco was nicely fried and the consomé was flavorful albeit a little on the sour side. The pupusa was a decent size, also nicely cooked and well filled with a crunchy cabbage slaw on the side. All in all a solid meal all for under $10. The service was friendly and relatively quick.
