This time around I ordered a Cool J burger and subbed an Impossible patty. Despite being a veteran vegetarian, I completely missed that the burger came with bacon on it. Thankfully, the employees at Bless Your Heart noticed that I subbed an Impossible patty, they made a correct assumption that I didn't eat meat, and put the bacon on the side. I so appreciate this attention to detail and them saving me the disappointment of realizing my mistake or, even worse, possibly accidentally eating bacon for the first time in nearly two decades.
