Not impressed. The burger meat is paper thin, they didn't have truffle fries as stated online, and some dessert we'd seen online too. The buffalo chicken burger was good, but not enough buffalo sauce, had to ask for more. My husband got the mushroom burger, nothing special, and the meat was so thin and small you couldn't even see if through the bun. The chili cheese fires were another disappointment, the cheese wasn't even melted when they arrived. We asked if they could melt the cheese the guy said they didn't have a microwave. We had the Oreo milk shake, that was the best part. We probably won't go back here again. We'd rather hit up Cherry Cricket, Red Robin, or even Chili's!! read more

The burgers are the same as every other SmashBurger, great. The burgers are greasy, but they are too tasty to let that get in the way. The staff is friendly and more cheerful than other SmashBurgers, probably because its a slow location. Make sure you order Smash Fries! They will keep you coming back. read more

Went in while it was slow on a Sunday. They stopped making milkshakes while we were ordering, wouldn't give reason why. BBQ Bacon Burger came out cold after 22 minute wait for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Bacon had raw spots, meat was luke warm, bun was cold and barely a drizzle of BBQ sauce. They refunded our meal and we left. A wasted 40 minutes but now we k ow not to stop by Smashburger anymore. Pretty good for such a thin (a.k.a. "smashed") burger. I opted for the multi-grain bun, which was mighty good, as well. Personally, I like a little more meat, but this was an interesting twist. I also liked being able to order a small wedge salad as a side instead of fries. Real bleu cheese on the wedge ... a nice plus! read more

I think the franchise needs to seriously consider new management for this location. Somewhere between 3 and 4 depending on the day. They are inconsistent so I am inconsistent. If ya say Smashburger has cheap burgers, is that how you let people know "money is no object" for you? Really you sound spoiled, cos $7 for a burger is not a good price. However, even I get the urge to waste money so off I go to Smashburger. The heavyset guy with glasses is fantastic. Friendly, always remembers me and fun to play with. Uh....not like that. Anyway I wish he cooked because once the order goes "back there" I don't know what will come out. The first time I went it was great! Fresh crisp fries, tasty, perfectly cooked medium rare burger. 2nd time good, but a bit overcooked. 3rd time they forgot the haystack onions on the burger, which was also undersized and WAY overcooked. Fries were forgettable. The last time I went it was busy, actually crowded. I waited for the softball team to finish ordering and wondered how this rush would effect my food. Apparently, if its busy the kitchen cranks out the food just as they should. But if it's slow the kitchen staff is too bored to give a damn and they let your burger shrink and burn while they chat or dick around. If they are really bored they toss your crap together like...well, crap and bid you farewell. (I also think people who eat their burgers WELL DONE find it difficult to grasp the medium rare concept. They can't take it off the fire cos they think it's not done! Believe me I know, my Mom was like that) Anywho, this place will do. It's juicy, its meaty, it is a bit salty, but mostly tasty. Worth $7 in the same way an electric toilet is "worth" $1,000- If that's what you want, its worth it. Compared to In N Out? Impossible, that's like comparing Rugby to Football. Amazing burgers! So much flavor you have to try them to believe it. I had the classic burger with a little extra smash sauce. Also had the smash fries that have rosemary, garlic, and oil which were out of this world. Everything was so good I decided to try their oreo haagen daaz shake which was tasty and they gave me the leftover in the mixing tin. Nice service. It was our first time here and I came with 5 other people. They waited 10 mins for us to order. :) single person restroom with no baby changing station, not that i have children. Normally I have been pretty happy with the food here, but yesterday it was just ok. Our burgers came out just as we sat down and before my daughters grilled cheese. When I tasted the burger I knew why. There were just sitting around waiting and not cooked to order. The burger was dry and not as good as usual. read more

I have gone to this location for years but in the last 6 months the service is AWFUL. My orders are never right, I am never greeted with a hello, a smile, or a "you're welcome" The young lady at the counter never gets my order right, she is clearly put out with me, even to the point of rolling her eyes, and never once has my order been correct. When I approached a "server" and showed her the mess and I asked for a Chicken sandwich in exchange, she asked with no hesitation and an apology which one I wanted.
