The milk in the latte was slightly over textured (more cappuccino than latte) but still tasty and she was able to produce a small amount of latte art which given the shape of the mug wasn't that easy. The staff is friendly and it is a nice place to come and either talk or do some quiet work. Would recommend if you are in the nearby area.

It's not at all close to my house, so I don't get to visit very often. But when my husband and I are in this area we always try to stop by. We mostly do the drive-thru, but have been inside a couple of times. It's very clean and cozy. I believe our favorite drink is called the Campfire Mocha. It's so yummy. I've been here multiple times to do some coworking with my friends. The working tables are spacious and have plenty of outlets for the whole group. I got a lavender matcha for my morning caffeine and by lunch time I ordered a a prosciutto avocado toast with a galaxy ade for a refreshing drink. I wish I was given actual silverware though, because I was struggling using the plastic utensils to slice through the toast. When the woman finally came over to us to take the order she mumbled something and I had asked what she said, she just looked at me and said "Im ready". Hands down without question it was the worst customer service experience I have received at any coffee shop I have been to. The price is on the higher end even for independent coffee shops. I paid a hair under $9 for a relatively small iced latte. The shop itself is very clean, and well taken care of. The coffee is actually pretty good, I would put it a step above average even when compared against other 3rd wave coffee shops. Overall, it was a good coffee, and if the customer service was even at a basic bare minimum this place would have gotten 4 possibly 5 stars. It was the attitude and price that really dragged this review down.

Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The others in my group got matcha, and they also tasted of milk and syrup with barely any matcha flavor. Overall I don't plan on going back since the drinks we had were disappointingly mid. The menu is very large, but I still don't think I'd be willing to go back and try another to see if it was maybe an off day or if there are better drinks.
