When I received my drink, it was served cold instead of hot. I politely apologized for the misunderstanding and let Kalia know that I wanted a hot latte, not an iced one. What was most disappointing about the interaction was her reaction. She rolled her eyes at me as though the mistake was somehow my fault. There was no apology or attempt to correct the situation professionally. I was honestly surprised by the level of customer service, especially since I've never experienced this here before.
