I find the personal touch and the comradery that I've found at Faith Fitness keeps me coming back for more (it's accountability). Upon my arrival, I was not acknowledged by the employee at the reception desk. Following a staff change, the situation did not improve. The second employee informed me that she was the only staff member present, was unable to conduct a tour, and that no one else was available to do so. She attempted to contact the General Manager, but he did not respond. I was then asked to wait until a manager arrived, which was not going to happen as i do have a job. I later received a call from the General Manager, during which I shared my feedback regarding the experience. A new tour was subsequently scheduled for the following day.
