I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office as a new patient. I arrived on time for my 11:00 a.m. appointment expecting to be seen for a routine checkup. After checking in, I sat in the waiting room for two hours without ever being called back or receiving a single update about the delay. During that time, I watched multiple patients check in after me and get called before me, which was extremely frustrating. No one acknowledged the long wait or apologized for the inconvenience. After waiting two hours, I finally gave up and left. Ironically, shortly after I left, I received a phone call asking if I was still in the lobby. At that point, I had already wasted enough of my time. The waiting room was packed the entire time, and it seemed obvious that the office overbooks appointments without having an effective way to manage the schedule. Respecting patients' time is important, especially for new patients, and unfortunately this experience left a very poor first impression. I would never ever recommend or come back to this place ever again. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place at all. I literally ran out of there with my child. But if you want to sit there for 3-4 hours before even getting acknowledged you're even in there, go right ahead. Save your time and go elsewhere. Poor Customer service in general. read more

I spent 6 hours for a check up here! I was supposed to be attended at 12pm!!! Mind you I got here before my appointment just to be on time. They left me numb for 30+mins. They forgot about me and started working on someone who just got seated! DO NOT COME HERE! read more

They need to retrain their staff of customer service. Report them with your insurance. Saying they called to let us know that our appointments were rescheduled when there's no voicemail or any text to confirm cancellation the same way they spam you to confirm your appointment. Then they're scheduling you a month away so skipping an entire month of work. And when I asked why don't they make sure we know our appointment is scheduled she said because they don't have time to keep calling until we pick up and I said but how can you even make sure you called me when I don't even have a voicemail or text from you guys. And she just kept trying to hang up on me and I asked for her supervisor and she said she doesn't have one like there's clearly someone above you. read more

I came here from an IG ad for cosmetic veneers. This has been the worse experience ever. I came out with 2 separate infections, lasted 7-9 hours on two different occasions because dentist was overbooked & the dentist had assistants doings dentist procedures. I was told they would offer me a refund & it's been 3 weeks and their excuse is the processor is processing. I'm not one to complain or ever post any negative comments but I just want to warn others that they do not have experience with cosmetic dentistry. God, is my witness that I tried working towards a solution but it's feels like this practice doesn't want to make things right and only find excuses for the bad work they've done. I guess it's time for me to lawyer up and see if they'll finally respond to emails & texts. I've documented the entire experience, in case, proof is needed. read more

Don't come here unless you are welling to wait 3 hours for an appointment you scheduled! Every time I come here is some bs with these ppl. Instead of working the associates are over there talking about their personal life. The associates have their friends & family come in & they take them in right away they don't make them wait. I don't know why I let them convinced me to doing my braces with them. At this point I just want to go somewhere else & pay double the price that's how poor their customer service is. I have 2 jobs my time is precious and when I come I'm expected to be seen on my appointment time. Yes I'm always rushing to go to my next job so them making me wait 3 hours is crazy. The only reason I got convinced was because lily was very nice to me but I came to find out she left a couple weeks after I did my braces. If I would have known I wouldn't have continued with the process at all. They called me talking about they need to process my payment a day ahead because of the delay of some payments so the appointments can go a lot smoother and faster will guess what they fucken lied! It's still the same process and same freaken wait! The thing that irritates me is that I last a whole 3 hours in the waiting room so when I go to the back they only take 3 minutes to change my damn bands!! That was my service with my braces let me not get started with the crowns I got done here!! They literally almost yank my teeth out not knowing what they were doing. Had me going back & fourth within appointments. At the time they did my crowns I had my wired already on my teeth & my crowns came in & the orthodontist told them to schedule me when he's here so they can remove the wire will they did the opposite. The girl grabbed some pliers and was pulling on my wire and I kept telling them it hurt that's when they stopped pulling and then they said oh wait for the doctor she'll know what to do and she said I can't do nothing with her she needs to come back when the orthodontist are here. And I said oh they're not here! That's what I was told I was coming in today because they were going to be here. And then then they scheduled my appointment with the orthodontist. read more

I cannot believe how AMAZING this team after Reading some of the reviews below, I was immediately scarce to come to this dentistry, but I gave it a chance because when scheduling appointment the person scheduling me was amazing I'm very kind and attentive. When I got to the dentist, I was in a grumpy mood Due to having a bad day, and not feeling great I was kind of rude to the two ladies in the front. I immediately apologize, but they Remained kind while I what was the one being grumpy. The lady that did my x-rays was super nice, and I was very gentle and attentive Really made me feel calm and at home and wanted. The doctor was amazing very to detail and very attentive or can explain how nice this doctor is. He cares that he made me feel like I was in good hands and made sure the choices we made with the right ones because he explained everything to detail. His care by making sure that we didn't make the wrong choice because it was me my mom and my sister that went. Message to Down syndrome every single one of the people that worked there made her feel calm and cared about. They made us feel like home while we were there. The finance lady was extremely kind. I didn't have any cards on me while I was there and they were able to waive some fees for me because I am wanting to make sure that my teeth infection didn't spread or get worse and wanted me to make Make sure that we got the teeth taken out right away. They worked on my mom's teeth and were able to get both of our teeth Extracted and cleaned in one day I can't believe how kind where I've never been to a dentist that Has ever made me feel at home and cared about so much beside my orthodontics WEST Orthodontics in Mondesto ca they were a great as well and this company dentistry made us feel like we were at home. They said please feel as if you are at home. This is my new dentist I live in West Hollywood California and I do not regret to drive one bit. It's about an hour from me, but I am willing to do that. I hate to give bad reviews, but here I am I would like to begin with I used to bring my Daughter here about 2 years ago they were quick but after that I decided to get my braces here omg worse decision ever I've waited over 2 hours in the waiting area mind me arrived early I asked the receptionist how longer was it going to take and with a ugly attitude she responded idk mind me I have heard my other patients there they have waited for over 3/4 hours I was pretty upset I asked to speak to the supervisor an there answer was oh she is busy if you want you can wait ! I hate coming here every month because I already know I'll be here for Atlease 2-3 hours I really don't understand what's the point of making an appointment if you never get seen at the time oh and let's not forget they definitely will make sure they take there automatically payment and they charge you for not showing up ! I wish I can go somewhere else but I know they will not give me my money back it's sucks !! read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I DONT RECOMMEND!!!! I moved away and could no longer continue with my dental services. Mind you I paid for my treatment UPFRONT. FAST FORWARD it took me almost a YEAR to receive any information regarding my refund. When they finally emailed me the refund amount was half of what they initially told me in the beginning. I signed the paperwork for the refund authorization because I JUST WANT TO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I sent that authorization 11/21 and I still have no word on my refund, according to them they can't refund me back because they can only refund the card I have on file which i lost. They seem to lack empathy and every time I call they are still waiting to hear back from their "refund processor". I don't understand how they can take this long and still have the nerve to have an attitude with me over the phone? COULD YOU IMAGINE WAITING A YEAR FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING? They can't even provide me information about who to call in regard to their refund processor! I would RATHER DEAL WITH THEM THAN DEAL WITH THIS DENTIST OFFICE. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
