Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. I saw both Dr Ehsani and Dr Sabet and they were both phenomenal throughout my treatment before and after surgery. The front desk was always responsive and answered all my silly questions via text message. I can't stress how friendly everyone is in the office!! If we were say 15 minutes late, or even 10, I could be more understanding, but to cancel an appointment when the patient is less than ten minutes late and in the parking lot? If the doctor had an emergency situation obviously that's a different story, but the receptionist simply told me she had somewhere else she needed to be and that was the end of it. I was told that I could reschedule and declined. We do not live in the area where the office is located and drove from East County to be there. Frankly I cannot imagine any patient or customer losing an appointment because of a five to seven minute delay due to traffic. I decided that if those few minutes are so critical to the appointment this is not the office for my family. How many times have we all waited when a doctor is running late or is still with another patient? This is simply not the right way to do things. I immediately scheduled an appointment with another orthodontist and I asked what their policy is when a patient is late. They told me they give a 15 minute grace period and if possible they still try to keep the appointment if the patient is willing to wait. Dr. Le is a very nice person and I'm sure the work would have been done properly, but unfortunately it's time for other options.

Unlike the dentist, there's nothing unsettling about the orthodontist. Oh, I saw my before and after pictures and I am not sure how the heck my grill was unbecoming for so long. DESCRIBE THE QUALITY OF WORK The work done here on my behalf was a notch above a miracle. My negligent mother didn't give a two flying sticks and my mouth was damaged. Oh, let me not digress. You don't know how contorted your mouth is until you take a 360 x-ray of your mouth. Shuddering. I actually looked forward to my appointments and braces tightening and color band dynamicism. TBH, I think I was one of his success cases but Dr. K is too honorable to say so. WHY ARE YOU WRITING A REVIEW NOW? Nothing lasts forever and I had to stop by to get my retainers refitted and tightened. Now I smile my wide smile with straight teeth. I'm in retainers now (since 2022) and continue to have teeth success. PRICING? I think it's more than the norm. I've been coming too long to shift or explore other options. I also have insurance.
