She did a good job of explaining to me the different lengths and allowing me to see what a few lashes looked like to make sure I wanted to keep going at that length. Love my lashes! I am now a lash extension addict. I was referred to Milda by a friend who thought I'd love having the lashes for my vacation to Costa Rica. I'm so glad I did it! I swam in the ocean and in a chlorine pool and my lashes stayed beautifully. Not only is Milda one of the sweetest people I've ever met, but she's very professional and her salon is relaxing, comfortable and very clean. These things are important! I don't understand the one-star review at all. Proper care of your lashes is important and Milda takes the time to educate you on how to do that. So I order Groupon for a refill for my daughter on her eyelashes. I call and some guy with horrible English answers "helllloo." I'm like "Is this eyelash extension Smiley Eyes?" He's like "ya." Okay no professionalism there. I mention Groupon and making an appointment he says he has nothing until November at least a month out. He was hard to understand and rude. I said "maybe you shouldn't have Groupon if you cannot handle customer flow." He got really mad and started yelling. I just thought no way! I will bring my daughter here and immediately put a trade in for my Groupon. And a bit of advice don't answer phone in a creepy voice, answer with the name of your company creepo! read more

Yikes, ugly eyelashes and looked cheap. You can con people to write a good review or honest people to write a true review. I'll choose latter and as you say to other complainer I also complain when expectations are short like your lashes!
